Refund Policy

1. You have the right to cancel your order and ask for a full refund at any time before the start of provision of the Services. ExpCarry reserves the right to withhold the amount of fees charged by Payment processors (PayPal, Fondy, Unitpay, etc.). The withheld amount cannot exceed the Payment processors' fees.

2. You have the right to cancel your order after the start of provision of the Services and ask for a partial refund. In this case, the amount of the refund will be proportional to the volume of the unfinished Services. For example, if the order was completed by 30%, then we will be able to refund only 70% of the paid amount.

3. If Expcarry does not manage to complete your order within the specified time terms, you have the right to request a refund subject to provisions of point 2. 


If you would like to receive a refund, write to us on our contact: order number, your full name, purchase date and reason for refund.

We also remind you that the period during which you can request a refund is 30 days from the date of payment.
