WotLK Blacksmithing 1-450 Guide
Blacksmithing Upgrade in WoW Classic WotLK, ExpCarry Guide
Blacksmithing holds a prestigious position among the top professions in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. By honing this craft, you gain the capacity to forge superior armor, weaponry, and gear enhancement items. Although WotLK doesn't offer specializations for blacksmiths, players can still reap numerous beneficial bonuses. In this guide, we'll elucidate the process of advancing Blacksmithing in WoW Wrath of the Lich King, identify crafting trainer locations, highlight its unique aspects, and more.
General information about the profession
Blacksmithing is particularly advantageous for those who equip plate armor and/or wield physical damage weapons. The gear crafted through this profession is renowned for its durability, with some of the items created becoming instantly bound to your character.
Mining serves as the ideal accompanying profession for Blacksmithing. Acquiring the skill to excavate useful minerals empowers you to source most of the materials required for both Blacksmithing advancement and future crafting. This becomes especially important as you ascend higher in the profession, where crafting equipment and other items necessitates costly resources. Self-gathering proves to be more convenient than purchasing them at inflated prices from the auction house. Relying on other players for materials may drastically impact your profitability from Blacksmithing.

After that, a marker will appear on the map indicating the location of the trainer you need.
