ExpCarry Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in the ExpCarry Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by ExpCarry LLC ("ExpCarry", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the Program.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• The Program is open to anyone with an audience — streamers, content creators, bloggers, social media accounts, community and guild owners, and website operators. There is no minimum audience size and no country restriction.
• Applications are reviewed manually. Review typically takes between 15 minutes and 12 hours, and we notify you of the decision by email.
• We may approve, reject, or later suspend any application or account at our discretion, including where promotion methods, audience, or content are not a fit for the Program.
• One Partner account per person or entity. Your customer account and Partner profile are linked to the same login.

• Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and a personal discount coupon code. Both attribute qualifying orders to you.
• You promote ExpCarry through your own channels in line with these Terms. You act as an independent party; nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
• You are responsible for your own content and for complying with applicable laws and the rules of any platform you use (including disclosure of affiliate/advertising relationships where required).

• Base commission is 20%. Your rate increases automatically with your total earned commission:
  • Bronze — 20% (from $0)
  • Silver — 25% (from 500 EUR in earned commission)
  • Gold — 30% (from 2,000 EUR in earned commission)
• Tier thresholds are based on your cumulative approved earned commission in the store base currency (EUR) over time (see Section 4). Your tier is recalculated as commissions are approved and may be recalculated if commissions are later reversed.
• The commission rate is locked to each order at the time it is attributed to you. Reaching a higher tier applies to future orders only; previously placed orders keep the rate at which they were recorded.
• We may adjust tiers, thresholds, rates, and add or change Partner perks in the future. Material changes will be communicated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts (i.e. the order value after any coupons).
• The base excludes taxes/VAT, shipping, and payment/processing fees.
• Commission is not payable on amounts funded by store credit, cashback, vouchers, or other ExpCarry-issued balances.
• A Partner coupon may grant the customer a discount (standard 5%); commission is calculated on the discounted subtotal. Custom discount arrangements may be offered to higher-tier Partners by agreement.

• When a visitor clicks your referral link or uses your code, a tracking cookie (ec_ref, valid 90 days) and our server-side records associate that visitor with you.
• First-click attribution applies. The first Partner to refer a visitor is credited; a later click from a different Partner's link does not overwrite an existing valid attribution.
• If the visitor does not purchase immediately, the first eligible purchase they make within the 90-day window is still credited to you.
• Attribution applies to a single purchase within the window. We do not pay ongoing or "lifetime" commission on a customer's later, separately made orders.
• If a Partner coupon is applied at checkout, the order is credited to the owner of that coupon, which takes precedence over a cookie from a different Partner.
• Self-referral is prohibited. Orders where the buyer is the Partner (same customer account), or where a Partner uses their own coupon or link for their own purchase, do not earn commission.

• A commission is pending until the related order reaches a qualifying confirmed status (e.g. Processing or Complete — meaning the order has been accepted and is in progress or fulfilled).
• Only confirmed, non-refunded orders count toward your commission and tier progress. An order is not treated as finally confirmed for payout purposes until it has cleared any applicable refund or chargeback window.
• If a customer placed an order through your referral link or coupon and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase, that order is voided for commission purposes: it does not earn commission, any pending commission is cancelled, and it is removed from your earned commission and tier calculations.
• Commissions for orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back (including after the 7-day period, where permitted by our refund policy) are reversed and not paid; if already counted toward your tier, your tier may be recalculated.
• A short clearing period applies before commissions become payable, to account for refunds and chargebacks.

• Payouts run automatically every 7 days and cover your recently cleared commissions, each accompanied by a report.
• A minimum balance of $20 is required for a payout. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next cycle.
• Payout methods:
  • Cryptocurrency — most major coins supported. A processing fee of approximately 4% applies and varies depending on the coin and network you choose; it is deducted from the payout.
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer or card, by invoice.
• Payouts are available in USD or EUR; you may choose your preferred currency.
• Transfer and processing fees are borne by the Partner (the recipient).
• If you operate as a registered sole trader or company, contact us — we will configure your account individually (including invoicing arrangements).
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We are not liable for funds lost due to incorrect details you provide.

You must not:

• make self-purchases through your own link or coupon, or coordinate such purchases;
• attempt to bypass, manipulate, or abuse the attribution, coupon, cookie, order, or payout logic;
• send spam (email, messaging, comments) or use deceptive, misleading, or false advertising;
• bid on the ExpCarry brand, trademarks, or close variants in paid search, or run ads that impersonate ExpCarry;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, adware, or any method that sets the cookie without a genuine click;
• use bots, fake traffic, fake orders, or any fraudulent or artificial means to generate clicks, orders, or commissions;
• misuse our intellectual property or imply an endorsement or relationship beyond the Program.

We operate fraud and abuse monitoring. Any attempt to manipulate tracking, bypass the rules, inflate commissions, or otherwise breach these Terms may result in immediate account blocking, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, reversal of paid amounts, and a permanent ban from the Program.

• Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion.
• On termination, unpaid commissions that were validly earned and have cleared, and that meet the minimum, will be paid; commissions associated with breach or fraud are forfeited.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the banners, logos, and creative materials we provide, solely to promote ExpCarry under the Program.
• Do not alter our marks or materials, or use them in a misleading way. All rights not expressly granted remain with ExpCarry.

• You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or contributions arising from your commissions. Where you act as a business, applicable invoicing and tax rules are your responsibility; we will support agreed invoicing arrangements.

• The Program is provided "as is". We make no guarantee of earnings; commissions depend on the orders you generate.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpCarry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and date appear at the top. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

• To run the Program we process: referral and click data (referral code, landing page, referrer, UTM parameters), a hashed form of IP address and user-agent, your account and contact details, payout information, and order data needed to calculate commissions.
• We set the ec_ref cookie (valid 90 days) to attribute referrals. This is a functional tracking cookie used for the Program; it is handled in line with our cookie/consent settings.
• Lawful bases include performance of the Program agreement with you and our legitimate interest in attributing and preventing fraud.
• You have rights under applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR), such as access, correction, erasure, and portability. To exercise them, contact us.
