CS2 Competitive Rank Boost for Any Map
CS2 Competitive Rank Boost is a Counter-Strike 2 service for increasing your Competitive Skill Group on a selected map, from the lower Silver ranks through Gold Nova, Master Guardian, Legendary Eagle and up to The Global Elite.
Competitive works differently from Premier in Counter-Strike 2. Instead of one rating covering the entire map pool, CS2 gives you a separate Competitive rank for every map. Your rank on Mirage can therefore be completely different from your rank on Dust II, Inferno, Cache or another available Competitive map.
Choose the map you want to improve, enter your current Skill Group and select the target rank. The service can be completed through Solo delivery or together with you through Duo play when available.
Competitive Ranks Are Separate for Every CS2 Map
The most important difference between CS2 Competitive and the old CS:GO system is that your Competitive rank is now tracked independently for each map.
For example, the same account can be:
- Silver Elite on Mirage;
- Gold Nova Master on Dust II;
- Master Guardian II on Inferno;
- Unranked on Cache.
Improving your Mirage Skill Group does not automatically increase the rank displayed on another map. A CS2 map rank boost therefore targets one selected Competitive map at a time.
This also gives you more control over the order. Instead of paying for progression across maps you do not play, you can focus on the map where the rank matters most to you.
All 18 CS2 Competitive Ranks
Counter-Strike 2 Competitive uses the classic 18-rank Skill Group ladder from Silver I to The Global Elite.
| # | CS2 Competitive Rank | Rank Group |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Silver I | Silver |
| 2 | Silver II | Silver |
| 3 | Silver III | Silver |
| 4 | Silver IV | Silver |
| 5 | Silver Elite | Silver |
| 6 | Silver Elite Master | Silver |
| 7 | Gold Nova I | Gold Nova |
| 8 | Gold Nova II | Gold Nova |
| 9 | Gold Nova III | Gold Nova |
| 10 | Gold Nova Master | Gold Nova |
| 11 | Master Guardian I | Master Guardian |
| 12 | Master Guardian II | Master Guardian |
| 13 | Master Guardian Elite | Master Guardian |
| 14 | Distinguished Master Guardian | Master Guardian |
| 15 | Legendary Eagle | Legendary Eagle |
| 16 | Legendary Eagle Master | Legendary Eagle |
| 17 | Supreme Master First Class | Supreme |
| 18 | The Global Elite | Global Elite |
The Global Elite is the highest Competitive Skill Group. There is no additional Competitive rank above it. Players who want a numerical rating ladder instead should use the separate Premier mode.
Solo or Duo CS2 Competitive Boosting
Choose how you want the Competitive progression to be completed.
| Option | Solo Boost | Duo Boost |
|---|---|---|
| Who plays your account? | Assigned player | You |
| Account access required? | Yes | No |
| Scheduling required? | Usually minimal | Yes |
| Best for | Players who want the map rank completed for them | Players who want to participate in the climb |
Solo Competitive Rank Boost
With Solo delivery, an assigned CS2 player completes Competitive matches directly on the account and works toward the selected Skill Group on the chosen map.
Solo delivery is normally easier to schedule because you do not need to be online for every match. It is suitable for both short one-rank improvements and larger climbs toward high Competitive ranks.
Duo Competitive Boost
With Duo delivery, you remain on your own Steam account and queue together with the assigned player.
This option is better if you want to take part in every game and continue playing the selected map yourself while working toward a higher Competitive Skill Group.
Duo sessions need to be coordinated around your available playing times.
Choose the Map You Want to Rank Up
Because Competitive Skill Groups are map-specific, selecting the correct map is an essential part of the order.
The available Competitive map pool can change when Valve adds, removes or updates maps. Select the map currently shown in the service calculator and verify your existing rank on that exact map before checkout.
If you want to increase ranks on several maps, each map requires its own progression because their Skill Groups are tracked independently.
Unranked CS2 Competitive Maps and First Rank
If you have never received a Competitive Skill Group on the selected map, the account must first complete the map's initial rank requirement.
Under the current CS2 system, you need 10 Competitive wins on a map to receive its first visible Skill Group.
The initial rank is determined by the matchmaking system and is not automatically Silver I. Your results and the system's skill evaluation influence where the account is placed.
For an unranked map, select the Unranked option when available so the required placement progress can be calculated separately from an ordinary rank-to-rank climb.
Restore an Expired Competitive Rank
A previously earned Competitive Skill Group can temporarily disappear after a long period of inactivity.
This does not mean the old progress was simply deleted. Valve states that after an extended Competitive break the account must win one Competitive match for the system to reassess and issue the Skill Group again.
If your rank is hidden because of inactivity, use the rank recalibration option instead of purchasing a full Unranked placement package.
How CS2 Competitive Ranking Works
Competitive Skill Groups are based on matchmaking performance rather than a public point counter.
Unlike Premier, Competitive does not show an exact numerical rating that increases or decreases after every match. Valve automatically calculates the Skill Group based on Competitive match results and its internal prediction of player and team performance.
This means there is no official fixed rule such as “three wins always equal one rank.” The number of matches needed to move from one Skill Group to the next can differ between accounts.
The product should therefore be configured around your current rank and target rank rather than promising a fixed number of games for every rank upgrade.
CS2 Competitive Rank vs Premier CS Rating
Competitive Rank and Premier CS Rating are two separate Counter-Strike 2 systems.
| Feature | Competitive | Premier |
|---|---|---|
| Progress display | Skill Group badge | Numerical CS Rating |
| Ranking structure | Silver I → The Global Elite | CS Rating |
| Map progression | Separate rank for each map | One rating across Premier |
| Map selection | You queue the selected Competitive map | Premier uses its own map selection process |
| Progress connection | Competitive results affect Competitive Skill Groups | Premier results affect CS Rating |
A high Premier rating does not automatically give the same account a high Competitive rank on every map, and reaching Global Elite on one Competitive map does not directly increase the account's Premier CS Rating.
Choose Competitive Rank Boost when your goal is a Silver-to-Global-Elite map badge. Choose Premier progression when your goal is the numerical CS Rating.
Prime Status Is Required for a Competitive Skill Group
Counter-Strike 2 can be played without Prime Status, but non-Prime accounts do not receive Competitive Skill Groups.
Prime players can earn Competitive ranks, receive profile XP and weekly care packages, and are matched in Prime-only matchmaking when the entire lobby is eligible.
If the objective of the order is to receive or improve a visible Competitive Skill Group, Prime Status must already be active on the account. The purchase of Prime Status itself is not included in the Competitive Rank Boost.
XP Earned During Competitive Matches
Competitive matches can also provide Counter-Strike profile XP on Prime accounts.
Profile Rank is separate from both Competitive Skill Group and Premier CS Rating. It increases through earned XP and currently has a maximum level of 40 before a player can choose to reset it for a Service Medal.
Any eligible profile XP earned naturally while completing the Competitive Rank Boost remains on the account, but profile leveling is not the guaranteed objective of this service.
Manual CS2 Competitive Boosting
The Competitive Rank Boost is completed through manual gameplay. Bots, cheats, hacks and automated gameplay are not used as a method of completing the order.
Counter-Strike ranks are based on real matchmaking results, so every rank climb requires actual Competitive matches on the selected map.
Optional settings such as a preferred delivery method, Priority or Live Stream can be offered separately when available.
How the CS2 Competitive Rank Boost Works
- Select your CS2 region.
- Choose the Competitive map you want to improve.
- Select your current Skill Group or Unranked status.
- Choose the target Competitive rank.
- Select Solo or Duo delivery.
- Add Priority, Live Stream or other available options if required.
- Complete checkout and provide the information required for the selected delivery type.
- The assigned player begins Competitive matchmaking on the chosen map and works toward the selected rank.
If your map rank changes between ordering and the start of the service, provide the updated Skill Group so the remaining progression can be calculated correctly.
How Long Does a CS2 Competitive Rank Boost Take?
Completion time depends on the starting rank, target rank, selected map, matchmaking times, region, match results and Solo or Duo delivery.
A climb from Gold Nova II to Gold Nova III normally requires less progression than moving from Silver into Legendary Eagle or Global Elite.
Valve does not publish a fixed win requirement for every individual Skill Group upgrade, so ETA should be treated as an estimate based on the actual rank range rather than a guaranteed number of matches.
Competitive Rank Boost for Global Elite
The Global Elite is the highest rank available in CS2 Competitive matchmaking and can be selected as the final target for supported maps.
Because Skill Groups are map-specific, reaching Global Elite on one map does not automatically unlock Global Elite on the rest of your Competitive pool.
If you want Global Elite on multiple maps, each map should be configured as a separate rank objective. This allows the order to account for the current Skill Group and required progression on each map individually.
Choose Competitive Boosting When the Map Rank Matters
CS2 now has several separate competitive progression systems, so selecting the correct service matters.
Competitive Rank Boost is specifically designed for the classic Silver-to-Global-Elite Skill Groups shown on individual maps. It is not a Premier CS Rating service and does not directly change FACEIT Elo or Wingman rank.
Choose your map, current Skill Group and target rank to build the order around the Competitive progression you actually need.
- Progress to your selected CS2 Competitive rank on the chosen map;
- Solo or Duo delivery according to the option selected at checkout;
- Match XP and eligible account progression earned naturally during Competitive games.
- CS2 Prime Status is required to receive a Competitive Skill Group;
- Your selected map, current map rank and target Competitive rank;
- Solo: Steam account access required; Duo: availability to play scheduled matches with the assigned player.
