Crown of the Cosmos Fight Overview

The encounter unfolds across three stages. In Stage One, Alleria is held back by Undying Sentinels linked to void portals. The raid must destroy each Sentinel while using Alleria's own Silverstrike Arrow to strip Void effects from targets. Sentinels teleport back to their portals if dragged more than 25 yards away, and their Echoing Darkness pulses increasing Shadow damage when no players are in melee range. Meanwhile, Grasp of Emptiness roots players at obelisks, and Null Corona places a healing-absorb shell that jumps to a new target when dispelled.

Stage Two begins when all Sentinels fall. Alleria crashes onto the platform and summons a Rift Simulacrum. While the Simulacrum is alive, Empowering Darkness grants Alleria stacking damage reduction and increased damage output. The raid must break the Simulacrum's Cosmic Barrier shield before DPSing it down, all while dodging Void Expulsion impacts that leave persistent Void Remnants on the ground and handling Orbiting Matter that pulls players into Alleria.

Below Mythic, Stage Three triggers once the Simulacrum is shattered, and Alleria releases her full Void abilities on the raid. On Mythic difficulty, the dungeon journal ends at Stage Two with wild cosmic energy spiraling out of control, meaning the final phase contains mechanics that are only discoverable during live progression.

In PUG groups, Sentinel positioning fails within the first minute. Players stand in Void Remnants, dispel Null Corona at the wrong time (bouncing it to the tank), and fail to break the Cosmic Barrier before Empowering Darkness stacks become unhealable.
