Both factions use the same reputation progression from Neutral to Exalted and satisfy the same WoW Forever Legacy objective.

Alterac Valley Reputation Levels

A character starting at Neutral therefore requires 42,000 total reputation to reach Exalted.

How to Gain Alterac Valley Reputation

Unlike simpler Battleground reputation grinds, Alterac Valley offers several ways to increase your standing during the same match. Reputation can come from PvP combat, enemy NPCs, Battleground objectives, quests, and repeatable resource turn-ins.

Useful reputation sources include:

• defeating enemy players and important NPCs;
• defeating the enemy Captain and General;
• capturing or destroying towers and bunkers;
• completing Alterac Valley quests;
• repeatable resource and Battleground turn-ins;
• other faction objectives completed during the match.

Because the amount earned depends on match objectives and completed turn-ins, we do not promise a fixed number of matches. The service is calculated around your actual remaining reputation.

Alterac Valley Reputation Rewards

Alterac Valley has one of the strongest reputation reward pools among the original Battleground factions. The current WoW Forever database contains level 60 weapons, rings, mounts, faction items, and other PvP rewards associated with Stormpike Guard and Frostwolf Clan progression.

One of the most recognizable rewards is The Unstoppable Force, a level 60 two-handed mace with Strength, Stamina, Critical Strike, and a chance to stun the target.

The current Forever database also includes Don Julio's Band, a level 60 ring with Stamina, Critical Strike, Hit, and Attack Power.

Exact vendor costs and individual reward requirements may still receive adjustments in the WoW Forever live version.

Alterac Valley Exalted Mounts

Alterac Valley is also associated with unique faction mounts. Alliance characters can work toward the Stormpike Battle Charger, while Horde characters have the Frostwolf Howler.

These mounts are included in the current Forever database as level 60 Alterac Valley faction rewards. Final purchase costs and additional requirements should always be checked against the live version.

Exalted Reputation and Legacy Point

Reaching Exalted with either Stormpike Guard or Frostwolf Clan currently completes the Master of Alterac Valley Legacy challenge.

This gives Exalted additional long-term value beyond the faction's normal PvP rewards.

Alterac Valley Marks and Honor

Reputation farming also provides parallel PvP progression. Alterac Valley activities can earn Honor, Rank Points, and Alterac Valley Marks of Honor while your faction reputation increases.

If you only need Battleground Marks, use our WoW Forever Battleground Marks of Honor Boost. If your target is Honor currency, choose the WoW Forever Honor Points Boost.

Alterac Valley Reputation for PvP Gear

1. Select Alliance or Horde and provide your current Alterac Valley reputation.
2. Choose your target: Friendly, Honored, Revered, or Exalted.

4. All Honor, Rank Points, Marks, reputation rewards, and other PvP progress earned during completion remain on your character.
