Current LIVE mission data places the main documented Sadaryx source at QV Breaker Stations located throughout the Keeger Belt in Nyx.

Shubin Interstellar's current Sadaryx mining contracts specifically state that these stations contain rare Sadaryx deposits. The recommended places to search are the cave and mining sections inside the facilities where mineral formations occur naturally.

Players may also find previously mined Sadaryx crystals in station storage, although this should be treated as an additional possibility rather than a guaranteed source.

How to Mine Sadaryx

The documented current Sadaryx loop is hand mining rather than conventional ship or ROC extraction.

1. Gain access to a QV Breaker Station in Nyx's Keeger Belt.
2. Enter the mining and cave sections of the station.
3. Search for visible Sadaryx crystal deposits.
4. Equip a Multi-Tool with a Mining Attachment.
5. Fracture the deposit using the FPS mining mechanic.
6. Collect the resulting Sadaryx crystals.
7. Store or transport the material for crafting, mission objectives or delivery.

Current Shubin contracts explicitly require a Multi-Tool with a Mining Attachment for this activity.

Can You Mine Sadaryx with a Prospector or MOLE?

The current documented QV Breaker Station acquisition route uses FPS hand mining. It should therefore not be described as a normal Prospector, MOLE or ROC resource route.

The QV stations are embedded within asteroids in the Keeger Belt, but the Sadaryx used by the current mining contracts is collected from deposits inside the station using a handheld mining tool.

What Is Sadaryx Used For?

Sadaryx currently has several important crafting applications. It is especially associated with optical, emitter and precision components in mining, salvage and weapon blueprints.

The exact material requirement depends on the blueprint and item size.

Sadaryx for Mining Laser Crafting

Mining lasers are one of the clearest current uses for Sadaryx. For example, the Grade 1 Helix I Mining Laser blueprint requires:

• 0.36 SCU Iron for the Frame;
• 7× Sadaryx for the Emitter;
• 0.11 SCU Copper for the Bus Bars.

The S0 Helix uses 4 Sadaryx, while the Arbor MH1 also uses 7 Sadaryx for its emitter.

Sadaryx for Salvage Modules

Sadaryx also appears in current salvage equipment crafting. The Abrade Scraper Module blueprint uses:

• 0.04 SCU Iron;
• 0.04 SCU Copper;
• 4× Sadaryx for the Ocular Enhancer.

This makes Sadaryx useful outside the mining profession itself.

Sadaryx for Weapon Crafting

Current weapon blueprints also use the crystal as a precision material.

For example, the Arrowhead Sniper Rifle blueprint requires 1× Sadaryx for its Precision Parts. Multiple Arrowhead variants use similar Sadaryx requirements.

Sadaryx also appears in the current Zenith Laser Sniper Rifle blueprint.

Sadaryx Focus Lenses

Sadaryx has a direct role inside the QV Breaker Station gameplay loop. The current Supply Order: Sadaryx Focus Lenses contract asks players to obtain industrial mining-laser focus lenses.

The contract states that Sadaryx crystals found inside the station can be used with the on-site lens fabricator to manufacture the required focus lenses.

This is separate from normal persistent blueprint crafting because the fabrication occurs through the dedicated station machinery used by the contract.

Does Sadaryx Have Quality?

Yes. Sadaryx can exist at different material-quality values, which is why this product offers selectable quality ranges.

Material quality can influence the resulting statistics of crafted equipment when the relevant blueprint assigns a quality modifier to the Sadaryx component. For example, current mining-laser blueprints use Sadaryx in the Emitter slot associated with laser-performance modifiers.
