Tactical Strike Group Boost — the Six-Phase InterSec Operation in Nyx
Tactical Strike Group is a large-scale cooperative contract offered by InterSec Defense Solutions in the Nyx system, built around rescuing People's Alliance pilot Gabe Windell from a fortified QV Extraction Station. This service runs the full six-phase operation on your account with a coordinated squadron, including the InterSec reputation needed to unlock it.
What You Get
- Full completion: all six phases of the Tactical Strike Group contract.
- Unlock included: InterSec Defense Solutions reputation raised to the rank the contract requires.
- Blueprint chances: one random permanent crafting blueprint per completion.
- Multi-run options: repeated runs for collecting across both reward pools.
How to Unlock the Contract
Tactical Strike Group is gated behind InterSec Defense Solutions standing in Nyx. You need to be in the Nyx system, complete the InterSec introductory mission, and reach the required Contractor rank before the operation appears. It is then found through MobiGlas under Verified Contracts, in the Mercenary tab, as the InterSec contract named Tactical Strike Group Needed.
Reputation is reset by patch wipes, so a character that had access before a wipe does not keep it. If the contract is missing from your list, InterSec standing is the first thing to check.
The Six Phases
Each phase gates the next, and two of them are decided by weapon type rather than by damage output. This is why the operation needs a mixed fleet instead of a single strong ship.
| Phase | Objective | What it needs |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Escort and defend the Idris-class Tranquility into position | Fighters holding the line |
| 2 | Destroy the exposed power relays to open ship-scale access | Ballistic weapons — relays are hardened against energy |
| 3 | Trench run through the station tunnels, destroying cooling units | Energy weapons — cooling units are hardened against ballistics; ambient distortion disables slow ships |
| 4 | Destroy the core while Tranquility is under intensified assault | Split forces — the core chamber floods with distortion and radiation |
| 5 | Board the station, fight through Shattered Blade, reach the override terminal | Infantry deployment capability |
| 6 | Escort Gabe Windell off the station | Extraction and cover |
Completion is not the end of the fight. A Vanduul Mauler and its fighter escort arrive afterwards to take vengeance on the Shattered Blade, attacking everything in the area regardless of affiliation.
Fleet Requirements
- Designed for: a squadron of 7 or more ships across varying sizes and classes.
- Minimum viable: around 4 to 5 coordinated pilots across at least three distinct ship classes.
- Weapons: both energy and ballistic, carried by the group as a whole.
- Ground element: at least one ship able to deploy infantry for phase 5.
- Support: the Tranquility itself acts as a forward refuel, rearm and repair platform during the operation.
The Three Contract Variants
Three InterSec contracts lead to the same QV Extraction Station, and they are not interchangeable. This service covers the full cooperative version.
| Contract | Format | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Tactical Strike Group Needed | Cooperative, full party | All roles, all six phases |
| Strategic Attacks | Solo | Surface-to-ground attack |
| Assist People's Alliance Vessel Tranquility | Solo | Dogfighting only |
The cooperative contract can be shared with party members, so one unlocked player brings the group in.
Blueprint Rewards and Why Runs Repeat
Completing the operation grants a chance at permanent crafting blueprints drawn from two separate reward pools. One random blueprint is awarded per completion, from either pool, which means a single clear cannot produce a full collection. Blueprints are permanent account rewards and are not removed by routine patch wipes.
- Pool one — Novia Crossbow variants: Base, Nighthunter, Ghostmaker and Wildshot, all with armor penetration for heavily armored targets.
- Pool two — Racing flight suits: Whitehot, Blackfire and Blueflame.
How the Service Runs
Runs are executed manually by a full squadron on live servers, with VPN encryption matched to your region and legit gameplay throughout. Tell us whether you need the InterSec unlock included and how many completions you want, and the fleet is assembled around the weapon and infantry requirements the operation sets.
- Operation completed: all six phases of Tactical Strike Group, Gabe Windell extracted.
- Access secured: InterSec Defense Solutions reputation raised to the required rank.
- Rewards kept: one random permanent crafting blueprint per completion, plus mission payout.
- Account: a Star Citizen account with a Game Package.
- Character: able to reach the Nyx system; InterSec reputation can be included in the order.
- Note: blueprints are chance-based — collecting both pools takes multiple completions.
