The Kirin Tor therefore need outside help to stabilize Dalaran and deal with the threats that have emerged.

City of Dalaran Is the Original Eastern Kingdoms Dalaran

The Forever dungeon should not be confused with the later versions of Dalaran seen in other World of Warcraft eras.

This distinction matters when searching for guides, maps and loot information. Modern Dalaran or Violet Hold guides do not describe the new City of Dalaran dungeon created for WoW Forever.

The overlap with Excavation Site gives characters more than one dungeon choice near level 28-29, while City of Dalaran then continues progression into the low 30s before the next new Forever dungeon opens up.
