Buy WoW Midnight Voidforge Unlock Boost from ExpCarry and skip the week-by-week trudge through Decimus's gating questline that stands between your character and the most important Season 1 progression system in Patch 12.0.5. The Voidforge is the warband-wide gear system tied to Nebulous Voidcores (targeted bonus-roll loot) and Ascendant Voidcores (the +6 ilvl weapon and trinket upgrade that pushes Myth track gear to ilvl 298). Until you complete Decimus's full chain — Building the Voidforge → New Tools, New Heights → Ascendant Nilhammer — none of this content drops for you, no Voidshards spawn, and no bonus rolls are usable. Our team handles the entire multi-week unlock in one coordinated push.
The Voidforge is the Midnight Season 1 catch-up and upgrade system, located in Voidstorm at coordinates 51.3, 68.6. It is built and operated by the suspiciously friendly domanaar NPC Decimus, who waits at The Howling Ridge in the same zone. Once unlocked, the Voidforge enables two distinct gear pipelines:
The Voidforge is a warband-wide unlock — once any character on your warband completes the chains, every alt benefits immediately without re-running anything.
The full Voidforge unlock is intentionally spread across multiple weeks of gated content. Stage 1 alone requires six Elemental Voidcores, each crafted from 3 Elementary Voidcore Shards (so 18 shards total) farmed from raid bosses, Bountiful Delves, or Mythic+ dungeons. Stage 2 (the Ascendant Nilhammer) is a separate four-week quest chain starting with New Tools, New Heights, where Decimus issues a Hungering Oblivium that must be charged through three endgame activities — once per week, four weeks in a row. The chain is gated behind weekly resets, so a fresh character cannot rush it without help: at best, the full unlock from scratch takes a month of disciplined weekly play. Add in the Voidstorm story prerequisite (Nexus-Point Xenas: Eclipse must be cleared first), and many players never finish at all.
Stage 1 (Building the Voidforge) can be completed in 1–2 days of focused play — the chain is catch-uppable, so all six Elemental Voidcores can be crafted back-to-back without weekly gating. Stage 2 (Ascendant Nilhammer) is gated by weekly resets — the New Tools, New Heights chain requires four weekly Hungering Oblivium charges, so the full Ascendant unlock takes a minimum of 4 weeks of real time regardless of how fast we play. We charge the Oblivium on the same day as each weekly reset to keep your timeline as short as possible. Start time is typically 30 minutes to a few hours from payment.
Where is the Voidforge located? In Voidstorm at coordinates 51.3, 68.6. Decimus, the NPC who runs the unlock quests, is at The Howling Ridge nearby (51.20, 68.41).
Is the Voidforge warband-wide? Yes. Construction progress and the unlocked state are shared across every character on your account. One unlock benefits every alt.
Do I need to complete the Voidstorm campaign first? Decimus only appears after the Nexus-Point Xenas: Eclipse story beat is completed. Add the campaign progression bundle if your character isn't there yet.
How long does the full unlock take? Stage 1 (Building the Voidforge) takes 1–2 days of focused content. Stage 2 (Ascendant Nilhammer) is gated to a minimum of 4 weeks by weekly resets, regardless of speed.
Do I get Ascendant Voidcores from this service? The Voidforge Unlock service delivers the unlock itself — once it completes, Voidshards begin dropping from your weekly content. Add the First Voidcore bundle or check our Ascendant Voidcore Farm service if you want cores delivered alongside the unlock.
Is buying Voidforge unlock safe for my account? Yes. Self-play orders never expose your password. Piloted orders use Premium VPN matched to your region and manual play only.
Can I still buy Nebulous Voidcores from Decimus during the unlock? Yes, once Stage 1 is complete and the Voidforge is built, Decimus immediately offers 2 Nebulous Voidcores per week (cap increases by 2 each subsequent week). You can use them while Stage 2 of the unlock is still progressing.
WoW Midnight is a live-service game and Blizzard regularly adjusts Voidforge mechanics, quest gating, currency costs, and drop sources through patches and hotfixes. ExpCarry guarantees the full Voidforge unlock (Building the Voidforge + Ascendant Nilhammer chain) under the current live patch version (Midnight 12.0.5 at the time of writing). Quest names, NPC locations, and reset gating reflect the live retail build on the day of order and may shift slightly between hotfixes. The 4-week minimum on the Ascendant Nilhammer chain is a Blizzard-imposed weekly lockout, not a service limitation.
