How We Increase Your Abyss Ranking Points

Ranking Points are earned through eligible competitive Abyss activities. They are separate from Abyss Points (AP), the spendable currency used in the Abyss Shop. Spending AP does not spend your RP, and an activity that awards AP does not necessarily provide the same competitive rank progression.

Our players prioritize enemy-faction PvP engagements and available Abyss objectives that contribute to the active ranking. The route is adjusted to your class, PvP build, equipment strength, opposing faction activity and the currently accessible Abyss areas.

Abyss rank pushing also requires careful risk management. Under the revised Abyss combat system, PvP deaths can reduce Ranking Points. Unfavorable fights, repeated deaths and poorly timed engagements can cancel out earlier progress. We therefore focus on sustainable RP gains rather than simply maximizing the number of encounters.

Global launch Abyss content includes a limited weekly time allowance, with seven hours available in Lower Reshanta under the current rules. Scheduling matters: we review remaining time and coordinate sessions around useful PvP activity instead of spending the allowance on preparation or low-value farming.

Abyss Rank Rewards and PvP Benefits

A higher military rank provides more than a different name on the leaderboard. Abyss rank benefits can improve combat performance while the corresponding rank is held.

Global Season 1 client data lists rank-dependent combat bonuses reaching up to 5% increased PvP damage, 5% PvP damage reduction and 5% additional damage within the Abyss at Supreme Commander. Ninth-Class Soldier provides a smaller 1.2% rank bonus. Your actual benefit depends on your current active rank and the in-game effect rules.

Rank progression also interacts with Abyss Shop eligibility. For example, the Silver Medal of Merit becomes available in the shop from Ninth-Class Soldier, subject to the usual currency cost and purchase restrictions. The rank does not automatically grant the medal.

Season 1 Abyss Ranking Titles

Aion 2 Global Season 1 runs from September 30 to December 16, 2026. The client lists a dedicated seasonal title for each of the 18 ranked Abyss reward grades, from Title: Abyss [Season 1] Ninth-Class Soldier through Title: Abyss [Season 1] Supreme Commander.

These titles are tied to the qualifying final season placement, not merely reaching a rank temporarily. The reward is assigned after the seasonal ranking closes, so a rank push completed before the cutoff is not automatically a guarantee of the same placement at season end.

The current Global Season 1 Abyss ranking reward table lists rank-specific titles. Wings, seasonal coins and additional cosmetic items are not part of the confirmed Abyss ranking rewards. Any requested end-of-season placement must be arranged separately from a normal RP progression order.
