Buy a Hero of the Alliance or Horde Boost for Midnight Season 2
A Hero of the Alliance or Horde Boost targets the highest seasonal reward available through the traditional Rated Battleground ladder. The selected character must complete 50 eligible RBG wins during Midnight Season 2 and finish the season within the top 0.5% of the relevant regional ladder.
Hero is not tied to a fixed rating such as 2,300 or 2,400. The effective cutoff changes throughout the season as players gain rating and the active ladder develops. Every order therefore requires a review of faction, region, current rating, recent MMR and completed Season 2 victories.
| Faction | Season 2 achievement | Verified requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Alliance | Hero of the Alliance: Venomous | Top 0.5% of the Midnight Season 2 RBG ladder plus 50 Season 2 wins |
| Horde | Hero of the Horde: Venomous | Top 0.5% of the Midnight Season 2 RBG ladder plus 50 Season 2 wins |
The title is determined from final season results. Reaching the live cutoff temporarily does not guarantee completion if the ladder moves before Midnight Season 2 closes.
Hero Qualification Has Three Separate Conditions
| Condition | What must be completed |
|---|---|
| Traditional RBG rating | Reach a position with a sufficient buffer above the developing regional cutoff |
| Current-season victories | Complete at least 50 eligible traditional RBG wins during Midnight Season 2 |
| Final ladder position | Remain within the qualifying top 0.5% when Blizzard finalizes the season |
All three conditions are required. Fifty wins without the final rating position are insufficient, while a high rating without 50 current-season wins also does not satisfy the achievement.
Why Hero Cannot Be Sold as a Fixed Rating
The regional cutoff is dynamic. It can rise because of ladder inflation, late-season activity and new high-rated characters entering the qualifying range.
A professional Hero order should therefore use:
- the current live regional and faction-relevant cutoff;
- a rating buffer above the observed boundary;
- the character’s current personal rating and recent MMR;
- the number of Midnight Season 2 wins already recorded;
- the remaining time before the season ends;
- availability of an organized traditional RBG roster;
- a final status review after Blizzard calculates the ladder.
At the beginning of a season, there is not enough ladder data to publish a reliable Hero rating. A universal number in the product description would become inaccurate as the cutoff develops.
Hero vs Other Rated Battleground Titles
| Title objective | Required mode | How it is earned |
|---|---|---|
| Hero of the Alliance or Horde | Traditional Rated Battlegrounds | Top 0.5% at season end plus 50 current-season wins |
| Grand Marshal or High Warlord | Traditional RBG or eligible Blitz ladder | Fixed 2,400 rating achievement |
| Strategist | Rated Battleground Blitz | 25 Blitz wins while at Elite |
| Venomous Marshal or Warlord | Rated Battleground Blitz | Top 0.1% or top 8 of the final Blitz ladder plus 50 wins |
Traditional RBG and Battleground Blitz ratings are separate. A high Blitz rating does not qualify a character for Hero of the Alliance or Hero of the Horde.
What the Hero Service Must Include
The precise scope depends on existing progress. After reviewing the character, the order can include:
- traditional RBG rating progression from the current position;
- completion of missing Midnight Season 2 RBG victories;
- additional rating needed to establish a reasonable cutoff buffer;
- scheduled maintenance sessions if the live cutoff rises;
- final verification after the season-end ladder is calculated;
- normal Honor, Conquest and rating rewards earned during included matches.
Incidental equipment, currency and random match rewards are not guaranteed in fixed quantities. Great Vault PvP slots are not part of this service.
Self-Play and Piloted Hero Delivery
| Method | How it works | Main requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Self-Play | You control the character and join the organized traditional RBG roster | High-level execution, voice communication, scheduling and a suitable role are required |
| Piloted | An assigned specialist completes the approved rating and win objective | Requires the access conditions confirmed during the manual order review |
Hero Self-Play is not automatically available for every specialization. At the top of the ladder, team composition, role coverage and character readiness materially affect whether a roster position can be offered.
Character Review Before Ordering
Before the order is accepted, provide:
- EU or US region;
- Alliance or Horde faction;
- current traditional RBG rating;
- recent RBG MMR where known;
- Midnight Season 2 RBG win count;
- class, specialization and available role;
- current PvP equipment;
- preferred Self-Play or Piloted method.
If the character requires preparation before a high-end ladder push, use the WoW PvP Gear Boost. Missing equipment should be resolved before expensive Hero sessions begin.
Hero Rating, Wins and Cutoff Maintenance
If you need only a fixed traditional RBG rating, use the RBG Rating Boost. If the character already has sufficient rating and only lacks part of the 50-win condition, the RBG Wins Boost may be the more efficient product after the live cutoff is reviewed.
Neither product independently guarantees Hero. The complete seasonal title requires rating, wins and final ladder placement to be managed together.
How the Hero of the Alliance or Horde Boost Works
- Submit the character data. Provide region, faction, rating, MMR, wins, class and equipment.
- Review the live cutoff. The current ladder boundary and remaining season time are evaluated.
- Define the scope. Rating progression, missing wins and an appropriate buffer are calculated.
- Select the method. Self-Play or Piloted availability is confirmed manually.
- Complete the push. The character progresses through organized traditional RBG sessions.
- Monitor the ladder. Additional work is assessed if the cutoff moves.
- Verify season-end qualification. Completion is confirmed after final ladder calculation.
