The Coiled Altar Boss Kill in The Venomous Abyss

The Coiled Altar is the penultimate encounter in The Venomous Abyss raid. Players confront Zul'jan and Hex Lord Malacrass in a battle involving dangerous venom mechanics, soul manifestations and a final phase in which both enemies must be defeated together.

Our raid team handles the encounter mechanics, including Coalesced Venom management, Malacrass's soul abilities and the final two-target phase. The service covers one successful boss kill on your selected difficulty.

The Coiled Altar Loot and Rewards

The Coiled Altar drops high-level Season 2 equipment, including weapons, armor, trinkets and other rewards. Its loot is particularly valuable for players targeting special-effect weapons and late-raid gear.

Available item levels by difficulty:

• Normal: item level 302, Champion-track gear.
• Heroic: item level 315, Hero-track gear.
• Mythic: item level 344, Myth-track gear.

Notable boss drops include:

• Aman'muso, Warlord's Vengeance — a Very Rare one-handed axe with a special Venomfang effect.
• Maze-roa, Warlord's Fury — a Very Rare two-handed axe with the Venomfang effect.
• Hex Lord's Dooming Idol — a trinket from the encounter.
• Zul'jin's Guillotine Technique — a trinket that is also part of the Bite of Zul'jan item set.
• Armor and accessories: additional cloth, leather, mail and plate equipment, weapons and a cloak.

The boss can also drop the Pillar of the Coiled Isle housing decoration and special helm appearances. Hex Lord's Visage is available on all difficulties, while Hex Lord's Gaze is exclusive to Mythic.

Normal, Heroic and Mythic Coiled Altar Boost

Available loot options may include standard Group Loot, Armor Priority or Full Priority, depending on your selected package and raid composition. Priority options improve your position in the agreed loot distribution but do not guarantee that a specific item will drop.
