Mythic Raid Carry: 2/8 to 8/8 Progress

Smaller Mythic raid boost options are useful when the goal is weekly Vault progress or targeted early-boss completion. Deeper runs provide additional loot sources and access to the final encounters, while the 8/8 option completes the entire Mythic raid.

Existing qualifying weekly raid kills can already contribute to these thresholds. The Great Vault itself is generated by the game after reset and does not guarantee a particular item, slot or boss drop.

Venomous Abyss Mythic Loot: Item Level 318–344

Mythic raid loot increases as the run reaches deeper encounters. The opening boss provides item level 318 gear, bosses two and three reach 321, bosses four through six provide item level 324 items, and the final two encounters reach item level 344.

Mythic Tier Set Opportunities

Bosses two through six provide the five standard Midnight Season 2 Tier Set token opportunities: hands, shoulders, chest, legs and head. A Mythic order must include the corresponding encounter for your character to have access to that boss’s token pool.

Ula’tek can also drop the Slumbering Coil Curio, which eligible characters can exchange for an appropriate class-set piece. The Curio is still a random boss drop and is not automatically awarded by completing the encounter.

Mythic Great Vault Progress

Qualifying current-season raid kills unlock Great Vault Raid choices after 2, 4 and 6 bosses. This creates clear breakpoints when selecting a Mythic boss package:

• 2/8: reaches the first Raid threshold.
• 4/8: reaches the second Raid threshold.
• 6/8 or more: reaches all three boss-count thresholds.

This makes 2/8, 4/8 and 6/8 useful progression points for characters primarily targeting weekly Mythic Vault credit, while 7/8 and 8/8 additionally provide access to the final part of the raid.

Mythic Loot Priority Options

This product uses dedicated Mythic loot configurations rather than the standard Group Loot packages offered on some Normal and Heroic runs. Available options are displayed in the configurator before checkout.

Loot priority controls how eligible items are distributed after they drop. It cannot force a specific weapon, trinket, armor piece, token or Curio to appear and does not override Blizzard’s loot or trading restrictions.

8/8 Mythic Clear and Ula’tek

The complete 8/8 Venomous Abyss Mythic carry includes every encounter in the raid and finishes with Ula’tek. This option is intended for players who need complete Mythic progression rather than only early bosses or weekly Vault thresholds.

Ula’tek, Cutting Edge and Primeval Skyfriend

Defeating Ula’tek on Mythic is the raid requirement associated with Cutting Edge: Ula’tek while the seasonal achievement remains obtainable. An 8/8 order includes the boss kill, but reward eligibility remains subject to Blizzard’s current achievement conditions.

If your character already has a compatible 7/8 Mythic lockout and only requires the final boss, use the separate Ula’tek Kill Boost. Players targeting only Cutting Edge can also compare the dedicated Cutting Edge Boost.

The Primeval Skyfriend is not guaranteed by a standard Mythic clear. If obtaining the mount is the primary objective, use the dedicated Primeval Skyfriend Mount Boost where mount allocation is part of the configured service.

Mythic Raid ID and Lockout Requirements

Mythic lockouts are more restrictive than Normal and Heroic raid progress. A character already bound to a different Mythic Venomous Abyss instance may be unable to join the raid ID assigned to the order.

• Report all existing Mythic boss kills before scheduling.
• Provide your current Mythic raid ID and progression status.
• Do not join another Mythic Venomous Abyss raid after your service slot is confirmed.
• Wait for support to approve partially completed or unusual lockouts.

A conflicting raid ID can prevent the selected service from being completed during the current weekly reset. For this reason, compatibility is reviewed before the final Mythic slot is confirmed.

20-Player Mythic Raid Teams

Unlike Normal and Heroic, Mythic uses a fixed 20-player raid composition. The roster, strategy and assignments are prepared around the selected boss depth and current progression requirements.
