Midnight Season 2 Battleground Blitz Rating Rewards
Battleground Blitz uses personal rating for its immediate rank rewards. Select the target that corresponds to the result you actually want; rewards above that target are not automatically included.

The rating milestones unlock appearances and achievements; they do not automatically purchase every Honor or Conquest item. Players focused specifically on the complete class appearance can use the dedicated WoW Elite PvP Set Boost.
How Rated Battleground Blitz Works
Battleground Blitz is a faster version of rated battleground combat built around map objectives. The matchmaking system assembles two eight-player teams, balances the available roles and selects a map from the current pool. Victory conditions include capturing bases, controlling carts, carrying flags or completing other map-specific objectives.
Players can normally queue alone or as an eligible duo when the pair includes a healer. This creates two valid service formats:
- Piloted: an assigned PvP specialist plays the selected character and completes the approved rating range through the Blitz queue.
- Self-Play duo: you play your own character with one assigned partner when the group satisfies the current healer requirement.
Battleground Blitz does not allow a full premade carry team. The other players are assigned through matchmaking, so no provider can control the complete team composition or guarantee a fixed win rate.
Personal Rating, MMR and Match Results
Your visible personal rating determines rank and reward unlocks. Matchmaking rating, or MMR, determines the strength of the lobby and influences how much rating can be gained or lost after a match.
- A win does not always provide the same amount of rating.
- The number of matches required cannot be calculated from the rating gap alone.
- Previous Blitz activity, current MMR and early placement matches can significantly affect progression.
- Losses may reduce personal rating after the character becomes established on the ladder.

Strategist and Elite Rating Are Separate Objectives
Reaching 2,300 grants Elite rank, but it does not complete Strategist by itself. Strategist: Midnight Season 2 requires 25 additional Rated Battleground Blitz victories while the character is at Elite rank.
A normal rating order ends when the selected rating target is reached. If you also want the required Elite-level victories, use the separate WoW Strategist Title Boost or confirm that the win package has been explicitly added to the order.
What 2,400 Rating Unlocks
Battleground Blitz can also provide the permanent faction-specific military title at 2,400 rating. Alliance characters can earn Grand Marshal, while Horde characters can earn High Warlord.
These fixed 2,400 achievements are different from Venomous Marshal and Venomous Warlord. The Venomous titles are awarded for qualifying end-of-season Battleground Blitz ladder placement and the required seasonal wins. Their cutoff is dynamic, so they are not included in an ordinary fixed-rating package.
Seasonal Mount Progress and Gladiator Restrictions
Eligible rated Blitz wins at or above the required rating contribute to the Season 2 Vicious reward bar. The current reward is the Vicious Lightbloom Boar, but completing the entire mount bar is a separate result unless explicitly selected.
Battleground Blitz cannot award the seasonal Gladiator achievement or Venomous Gladiator’s Goredrake. Gladiator requires the specified victories in rated 3v3 Arena while at Elite rank. Blitz instead provides its own Strategist achievement and seasonal Marshal or Warlord ladder.
How the Battleground Blitz Rating Boost Is Delivered
- Select EU or US, current rating, target rating, play method and completion priority.
- Provide your class, specialization, role, PvP gear and recent Battleground Blitz progress.
- The team checks the character, confirms queue eligibility and coordinates the first session.
- Rated Blitz matches continue until the selected personal rating is reached.
- The final rating and eligible rewards are verified before the order is closed.
Character Preparation and Completion Time
A level 90 character with current Honor PvP equipment is the practical starting point. Higher targets normally require an optimized Conquest setup, PvP trinkets, an appropriate weapon, correct talents, enchants and a viable specialization build.
Completion time depends on the starting rating, MMR, target, role, gear, queue activity, match results and selected priority. Healers may experience different queue conditions from damage dealers, but no role has a guaranteed completion speed. A useful ETA can be provided only after the character and rating history have been reviewed.
