A WoW Battleground Blitz Boost raises your character's personal Rated Battleground Blitz rating from the selected starting point to a configured target. This service is dedicated specifically to the 8v8 Battleground Blitz ladder in World of Warcraft Retail.

Choose a Battleground Blitz Rating Carry when your objective is a fixed Blitz rating such as 1800 for the complete primary Elite armor appearance, 1950 for Illusion: Venomcoil, 2100 for Duelist, 2300 for Elite or 2400 for Grand Marshal or High Warlord.

Battleground Blitz has its own personal rating and matchmaking system. It is different from traditional organized Rated Battlegrounds. For 10v10 RBG progression, use the WoW RBG Boost services.

Midnight Season 2 Battleground Blitz Rating Rewards

Rated Battleground Blitz can unlock the normal Midnight Season 2 PvP rating milestones while progressing toward the selected target.

If your main goal is only the class-specific Elite appearance, use the WoW Elite PvP Set Boost. The primary armor appearance is completed at 1800 Rival I and does not require 2300.

How Rated Battleground Blitz Works

Battleground Blitz is an objective-based 8v8 rated PvP mode. Matchmaking creates both teams and selects a Battleground from the available map pool. Victory depends on completing the map objective rather than simply dealing the most damage or earning the most killing blows.

Depending on the map, objectives can include controlling bases, carrying flags, moving carts, collecting resources or preventing the opposing team from completing its objective.

Players can queue alone or as an eligible duo when one member of the pair is a healer. Battleground Blitz does not support a conventional full premade carry team.

Piloted and Self-Play Battleground Blitz Carry

Because the remaining players are assigned through matchmaking, the complete team composition and individual match outcome cannot be controlled. The service is therefore measured by the configured final rating rather than by a guaranteed number of victories.

Battleground Blitz Rating and MMR

Your visible personal rating determines the normal rank and reward milestones. Matchmaking Rating, or MMR, determines the strength of the lobby and influences rating gains and losses.

• A win does not always award the same amount of rating.
• The required number of matches cannot be calculated from the rating gap alone.
• Current MMR and previous Blitz activity can strongly affect rating movement.
• Losses can reduce personal rating once the character is established on the ladder.

Strategist Requires Elite Wins

Reaching 2300 Elite does not automatically complete the Season 2 Strategist achievement.

Strategist: Midnight Season 2 requires 25 Rated Battleground Blitz victories while at Elite rank. The reward includes the seasonal Strategist title and Venomous Legend's Pennant.

If Strategist is the actual objective, use the dedicated WoW Strategist Title Boost.

2400 Grand Marshal and High Warlord

Battleground Blitz can also unlock the permanent classic military PvP title at 2400 rating.

• Alliance: Grand Marshal.
• Horde: High Warlord.

This fixed 2400 achievement is different from the seasonal Venomous Marshal and Venomous Warlord titles.

2400 Rating vs Venomous Marshal or Warlord

The Venomous Rank 1-style titles use a dynamic end-of-season cutoff and therefore cannot be included automatically in a normal fixed-rating order.

For a leaderboard-based seasonal title, use the WoW Rank 1 PvP Boost.

Vicious Mount Progress from Battleground Blitz

Qualifying Rated Battleground Blitz victories at 1000 rating or higher can contribute toward the Midnight Season 2 Vicious reward progress.

The current seasonal reward is the Vicious Lightbloom Boar. A standard Blitz rating order does not guarantee completion of the entire Vicious reward bar unless that result is explicitly selected.

Battleground Blitz Does Not Award Gladiator

Gladiator belongs to rated 3v3 Arena. Battleground Blitz cannot complete the 50 qualifying 3v3 victories required for the seasonal Gladiator achievement or Venomous Gladiator's Goredrake.

For the Gladiator mount and achievement, use the WoW Gladiator Boost.

PvP Gear for a Battleground Blitz Rating Push

Current PvP equipment becomes increasingly important as the target rating rises. Honor gear provides the normal starting setup, while stronger Conquest equipment, appropriate secondary stats, PvP trinkets, talents and enchants become more important for Rival, Duelist and Elite pushes.

If your character is not prepared for the selected target, use the WoW PvP Gear Boost.

How the Battleground Blitz Boost Works

1. Select your region. Choose EU or US Retail.
2. Enter the current rating. Confirm existing Battleground Blitz progress.
3. Choose the target. Select the rating milestone you want to reach.
4. Select the method. Choose an available Piloted or eligible Self-Play option.
5. Provide character details. Confirm class, specialization, role and PvP equipment.
6. Complete rated Blitz matches. Progress continues until the selected personal rating is reached.
7. Verify completion. Final rating and eligible rewards are checked before closing the order.

How Long Does a Battleground Blitz Carry Take?

Completion time depends on starting rating, target, MMR, specialization, role, PvP gear, queue activity and match results.

No universal ETA or fixed number of matches applies to every Blitz rating push. A character already close to the target with favorable MMR requires a different amount of progression from a new character starting at low rating.
