This FACEIT Elo Calculator shows your current CS2 FACEIT Level, how much Elo you need for your target Level and a planning estimate for how many matches the climb could take. Enter your current Elo, choose a target and add your recent win rate.
The calculator uses the current FACEIT CS2 Level thresholds. Match estimates are intentionally shown as a range because FACEIT does not guarantee the same Elo gain or loss in every lobby.
Planning model: match estimates use a 20–30 Elo swing scenario and your selected win rate. FACEIT Elo changes are not fixed.

| FACEIT Level | Current Elo Range | Elo Needed to Enter the Level |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 100–500 | 100 |
| Level 2 | 501–750 | 501 |
| Level 3 | 751–900 | 751 |
| Level 4 | 901–1050 | 901 |
| Level 5 | 1051–1200 | 1051 |
| Level 6 | 1201–1350 | 1201 |
| Level 7 | 1351–1530 | 1351 |
| Level 8 | 1531–1750 | 1531 |
| Level 9 | 1751–2000 | 1751 |
| Level 10 | 2001+ | 2001 |
These are the current CS2 thresholds published by FACEIT. Older charts can still show historical ranges, so check the game-specific CS2 table rather than a generic FACEIT ranking page.

How the FACEIT Elo Calculator Works
The calculator uses three pieces of information: your current Elo, the Level you want to reach and your recent win rate.
The exact Elo gap is calculated with:
For example, Level 10 begins at 2001 Elo. If you currently have 1840 Elo:
2001 − 1840 = 161 Elo needed.
That part is exact. The number of matches is not.
Why the Match Estimate Is a Range
FACEIT does not award an identical amount of Elo in every match. Elo gained or lost is connected to the system's perceived probability of each team winning and other lobby conditions.
The calculator therefore uses a transparent planning scenario of approximately 20–30 Elo movement per result. It combines that range with your selected win rate.
For a 55% win rate, the model assumes:
- 55 wins per 100 matches;
- 45 losses per 100 matches;
- a positive difference of 10 results;
- approximately 2–3 net Elo per match under the 20–30 Elo planning scenario.
This should be used for planning—not as a prediction of what FACEIT will award in your next lobby.

If your average Elo gain and loss are roughly symmetrical, a 50% win rate produces approximately zero long-term movement.
This is why the calculator requires a win rate above 50% for a positive match estimate. A small improvement in sustainable win rate can dramatically shorten the climb.
| Win Rate | Expected Long-Term Effect |
|---|---|
| 50% | Approximately neutral if average gains and losses are similar |
| 52% | Slow positive climb |
| 55% | Meaningful sustainable climb |
| 60% | Fast climb if maintained over a large sample |
FACEIT Level 10 Calculator
For most competitive players, Level 10 is the main numbered milestone. It begins at exactly 2001 Elo.
The calculator always shows a separate “Elo to Level 10” value even when you select another target. This makes it easy to see both your short-term target and your remaining long-term climb.
For example:
| Current Elo | Current Level | Elo to Level 10 |
|---|---|---|
| 1100 | Level 5 | 901 |
| 1400 | Level 7 | 601 |
| 1600 | Level 8 | 401 |
| 1800 | Level 9 | 201 |
| 1950 | Level 9 | 51 |

What Does “Net Wins” Mean?
The calculator also shows a simple net-win reference using a ±25 Elo planning baseline.
Net wins are not the same as total wins.
If you win 20 matches and lose 15, your result is:
20 wins − 15 losses = 5 net wins.
At an illustrative 25 Elo per net result, five net wins correspond to approximately 125 Elo of movement.
This number is useful because it makes large Elo gaps easier to understand, but it still does not mean FACEIT will award exactly 25 points in every lobby.
Can You Calculate FACEIT Elo From Premier Rating?
Not accurately with a public formula. FACEIT can use recent CS2 Premier performance to determine starting Elo for eligible new accounts, but the conversion is based on a private formula developed by FACEIT's data science team.
FACEIT does not publish a universal table such as:
15,000 Premier = 1500 FACEIT Elo.
Any public calculator claiming an exact universal Premier-to-FACEIT conversion is therefore estimating rather than reproducing FACEIT's official formula.
If a qualifying new account does not have the required Premier data, FACEIT currently uses 1000 Elo as the default starting value.
FACEIT Challenger Is Not Another Elo Level
Level 10 begins at a fixed 2001 Elo. Challenger works differently.
FACEIT Challenger is awarded to the Top 1000 Level-10 players. Because that leaderboard moves continuously, there is no fixed Challenger Elo threshold that can be permanently built into a calculator.
Challenger: dynamic Top-1000 leaderboard position.
What This Calculator Can and Cannot Predict
| Can Calculate Reliably | Cannot Predict Exactly |
|---|---|
| Your current FACEIT Level | Your exact Elo gain from the next match |
| Exact Elo to the next Level | How strong your next lobby will be |
| Exact Elo to Level 10 | Your future win rate |
| Net-win planning baseline | Exact number of matches required |
| Estimated match range from your win rate | Future Challenger cutoff |
How to Use the Result
Do not treat “200 matches remaining” as a countdown. Use the result to decide what type of problem you actually have.
If you are hundreds of Elo away, your priority should be improving sustainable win rate and eliminating recurring gameplay mistakes.
If you are only 50–150 Elo away, consistency and session management become more important. A single tilted losing session can erase a meaningful percentage of the remaining gap.
If you already know your exact target and want a service based on the numerical Elo difference, see our CS2 FACEIT Elo Boost.

- Premier-to-FACEIT starting Elo uses a private FACEIT formula.
- Match estimates should always be treated as scenarios rather than guarantees.
