AION 2 has three Global Founder's Packs: Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate. All three include the same 30-day Special Quai Membership, the Vanguard of Atreia title and the Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest. Deluxe adds an armor and weapon skin, while Ultimate adds another outfit, the Black Dragon pet, Blazing Sun Wings and a Styling Chest.
The biggest difference from older Founder's Pack comparisons is that NC has now committed to making the included Founder cosmetics available to all characters on your account across all servers once the new distribution system is implemented.
Founder’s Pack sale deadline: NC announced that the final opportunity to buy a Founder's Pack is October 5, 2026 at 08:00 PDT / 17:00 CEST. The playable five-day Advanced Access period has already ended with the October 5 launch maintenance. If you buy during the remaining sale window, you are buying the Founder rewards and Membership — not additional early-access time. If you are reading this after the deadline, treat the packs as unavailable unless NC officially extends or reopens the offer.
Short answer: Standard is the practical choice if you mainly want the Founder title, starter supplies and 30-day Membership. Deluxe is the strongest middle option if you want Founder cosmetics, especially now that NC plans to make its armor and weapon skins usable across all characters and servers. Ultimate is primarily for collectors who specifically want Moonlit Aria, Black Dragon and Blazing Sun Wings.
Updated: October 5, 2026. Includes NC's October 3 account-wide Founder cosmetic announcement and the October 5 final purchase deadline.

*Advanced Access was a fixed September 30–October 5 launch benefit. It does not become five new personal days if the pack is purchased at the end of the sale period.
The editions are cumulative: Deluxe contains the Standard rewards, while Ultimate includes Standard and Deluxe rewards. The inherited rewards are not multiplied. Ultimate does not give three Membership periods or three supply chests.
Can You Still Buy an AION 2 Founder's Pack?
NC announced a final purchase cutoff of October 5 at 17:00 CEST / 08:00 PDT.
This is important because the commercial Global launch begins before that sales deadline. Buying during the final hours therefore does not restore the five-day Advanced Access period.
Once the deadline passes, the sensible assumption is that Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate are no longer available unless NC publishes a new extension.
For current login and launch availability, check our AION 2 Server Status. The full launch timeline is covered in the AION 2 Global Release Guide.
Founder Cosmetics Are Becoming Account-Wide
This is the biggest post-launch change to the Founder's Packs.
NC announced on October 3 that Founder cosmetics will become usable on every character on the account, on any server once the change is implemented.
| Pack | Planned Account-Wide Founder Rewards |
|---|---|
| Standard | Vanguard of Atreia title |
| Deluxe | Vanguard of Atreia title, Ascended Daeva armor, Eternal Sun weapon skin |
| Ultimate | Everything above plus Moonlit Aria armor, Black Dragon pet and Blazing Sun Wings |
Not everything becomes account-wide: the 30-day Membership, Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest, Daeva's Styling Chest and the contents of those chests remain one-time rewards under their existing rules.
NC said implementation may take several days after Early Access and that a follow-up notice will explain how existing characters receive access. Until that follow-up is published, do not assume the new account-wide distribution is already active.

Standard Founder's Pack
The $24.99 Standard Founder's Pack contains every shared non-cosmetic benefit:
- 30 days of Special Quai Membership
- Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest
- Vanguard of Atreia title
- The original five-day Advanced Access entitlement
The head-start benefit has now expired, so the current value of Standard is mainly the Membership, starter supplies and Founder title.
The title is also included in NC's planned account-wide Founder cosmetic update.
What's Inside the Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest?
| Item | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Return Scroll | 10 |
| Courage Scroll | 10 |
| Speed Scroll | 10 |
| Benediction Scroll | 10 |
| Absorption Scroll | 10 |
| Life Potion | 100 |
| Life Serum | 50 |
| Healing Potion | 30 |
| Power Shard | 10,000 |
| Resurrection Spiritstone | 5 |
The chest remains a one-time reward. The upcoming account-wide Founder change does not duplicate this chest across characters.
Deluxe Founder's Pack
The $49.99 Deluxe Founder's Pack contains everything in Standard plus two Founder cosmetics:
- Ascended Daeva armor skin set
- Eternal Sun weapon skin
That is a $25 increase over Standard.
Deluxe has become more attractive after NC's October 3 announcement because the Ascended Daeva and Eternal Sun appearances are included in the cosmetics that will become available to all characters on the account across all servers.
It still does not provide extra Membership time, another Supply Chest or a longer head start.
Ultimate Founder's Pack
The $99.99 Ultimate Founder's Pack includes Standard and Deluxe plus:
- Daeva's Styling Chest
- Moonlit Aria armor skin
- Black Dragon pet
- Blazing Sun Wings
The additional cost is $50 over Deluxe and $75 over Standard.
Moonlit Aria, Black Dragon and Blazing Sun are included in the planned account-wide cosmetic entitlement. The Styling Chest itself is explicitly excluded and remains a one-time reward.
Ultimate does not provide a longer Membership or any extra Advanced Access time. Its value comes almost entirely from exclusive cosmetics and collectibles.
Special Quai Membership: What Does It Add?
Every Founder's Pack includes one 30-day Special Quai Membership. Buying Deluxe or Ultimate does not increase that to 60 or 90 days.
| Membership Feature | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Remote Storage | Additional storage convenience |
| Wind Breeze Merchants | Access to the named merchant service |
| Odyle Energy capacity | Increased maximum capacity |
| Market access | Access to the player Market under current Global rules |
| Quna Exchange Shop | Access to the Quna exchange interface |
| Odyle Energy Cubes | Additional reward selections in supported content |
Trading correction: older Founder and Membership material listed Personal Trading, but direct player-to-player trading was disabled for Global as an anti-bot measure. Do not buy a pack expecting to trade items or currency directly with another player.
The published product revision states that the included 30-day Membership begins when the Membership activation is used rather than automatically when the pack is purchased.
Can You Upgrade Your Founder's Pack?
Yes, but Steam and PURPLE use different procedures.
| Platform | Current Upgrade Route |
|---|---|
| PURPLE | Eligible owners can upgrade their existing Founder's Pack to a higher tier. |
| Steam | NC says you can purchase the higher-tier pack on the same account and request a refund of the lower-priced pack through Customer Support. The detailed procedure is still due in a follow-up notice. |
This replaces older information that no Steam upgrade route had been established.
Which AION 2 Founder's Pack Is Worth It Now?
| Your Priority | Best Fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You only want to play AION 2 | No pack | AION 2 Global is free-to-play after commercial launch. |
| Membership + Founder title + starter supplies | Standard | Contains all common functional rewards at the lowest price. |
| You want Founder armor and weapon appearances | Deluxe | The $25 step adds Ascended Daeva and Eternal Sun, both planned to become account-wide. |
| You collect exclusive cosmetics | Ultimate | Adds Moonlit Aria, Black Dragon and Blazing Sun Wings. |
For most players who still intend to buy before the cutoff, Deluxe is now easier to justify than it was before October 3. The reason is not stronger gameplay power; it is that its main premium cosmetics will no longer be locked to one character/server once NC implements the announced change.
Ultimate only makes sense if you specifically value its extra cosmetic set, pet and wings. Do not buy it expecting additional access days or a stronger Membership.
Founder Pack vs Free-to-Play
After Global launch, a Founder's Pack is not required to play AION 2.
A free player can create a character and progress through the game without purchasing Standard, Deluxe or Ultimate. The Founder packs are now best viewed as limited launch bundles containing Membership, starter items and exclusive cosmetics.
If you are just starting, use our AION 2 Guides hub for classes, leveling and progression. If you are still choosing a main, compare the eight classes in the AION 2 Tier List.
If progression time becomes the problem rather than the pack choice, our AION 2 Boost services cover separate PvE, leveling and gear goals.
Common Founder's Pack Mistakes
- Buying Ultimate because you think it gives more early-access days — it does not.
- Expecting Deluxe or Ultimate to include multiple 30-day Membership periods.
- Assuming the starter chest will become account-wide — it will not.
- Assuming the new cosmetic-sharing system is already live before NC confirms implementation.
- Expecting direct player-to-player trading from Membership.
- Treating the Founder title as an equipment upgrade.
- Assuming regional prices must match the US Steam USD listing.
- Buying after Advanced Access expecting five personal early-access days.
AION 2 Founder's Pack FAQ
When do AION 2 Founder's Packs stop being sold?
NC announced October 5, 2026 at 08:00 PDT / 17:00 CEST as the final purchase deadline.
Can I still get five days of Advanced Access?
No. Advanced Access was a fixed pre-launch period. Buying near the final sale deadline does not create five additional personal access days.
Are Founder cosmetics account-wide?
NC has committed to making the Founder title and eligible cosmetics usable across every character and server on the account. The implementation is being completed after Early Access, so check the latest notice before assuming the new system is already active.
Does the Membership become account-wide too?
No. NC specifically excluded the 30-day Membership from the new Founder cosmetic distribution change.
Which rewards remain one-time?
The Membership, Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest, Daeva's Styling Chest and their contents remain one-time rewards.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Deluxe or Ultimate?
Yes. PURPLE supports tier upgrades. On Steam, NC says owners can purchase a higher-tier pack on the same account and then request a refund for the lower-priced pack through Customer Support.
Which Founder's Pack is best?
Standard is the practical choice for Membership and starter rewards, Deluxe is the strongest middle option for cosmetics, and Ultimate is aimed at collectors.
Is AION 2 free-to-play without a Founder's Pack?
Yes. The Global game is free-to-play after commercial launch.
Conclusion
Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate all share the same Membership and original launch-access benefit. Standard gives the essential Founder bundle, Deluxe adds Ascended Daeva and Eternal Sun, while Ultimate adds Moonlit Aria, Black Dragon, Blazing Sun Wings and a Styling Chest.
The October 3 account-wide cosmetic announcement materially improves Deluxe and Ultimate for players with alts or characters on different servers. However, the 30-day Membership and both Founder chests remain one-time rewards. With Advanced Access finished, choose a pack only for the rewards you actually want — or play the free-to-play Global version without one.
