There is no separate GTA 6 Collector's Edition of the game itself. Instead, Rockstar is selling Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, a $399.99 limited-edition Collector's Box containing 11 physical collectibles. It arrives on November 19, 2026, but GTA VI is explicitly sold separately.
Last updated: October 1, 2026. This guide covers the official box contents, price, release date, physical items, Leonida map poster and the important difference between the Vice City Collection and GTA 6 Standard or Ultimate Edition.
Rockstar announced the collection on September 24 and says pre-orders remain available while supplies last. You can verify the current listing on the official Rockstar Store.

Is There a GTA 6 Collector's Edition?
Not in the traditional sense.
Rockstar calls The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection a Collector's Box, not a third game edition alongside Standard and Ultimate.
This distinction matters because searching for “GTA 6 Collector's Edition” may create the impression that paying $399.99 gives you:
- GTA VI;
- Ultimate Edition;
- exclusive in-game content;
- a special PS5 or Xbox copy.
None of those are included simply because you buy the Vice City Collection.
Rockstar states directly that Grand Theft Auto VI is sold separately.

1. Macca the Gator Figure
Macca the Gator is the centerpiece of the collection.
The six-inch figure depicts the character enjoying a smoke and a flamingo-blood martini. The base twists open to reveal a small hidden compartment for storing items.
Macca is not simply generic GTA merchandise. The entire collection is themed around Macca the Gator, a fictional hit television show inside Leonida.
2. GTA VI Oakley Frogskins Sunglasses
The box contains genuine Oakley Frogskins rather than a generic pair of branded sunglasses.
Rockstar specifies:
- matte-black frames;
- Prizm Sapphire lenses;
- pink Vice City-style GTA VI branding.
This is one of the more substantial branded products in the collection and one reason the box is positioned above normal game merchandise.
3. Leonida Keys Crossbody Bag
The Leonida Keys Crossbody Bag uses ripstop material with a patterned black-and-pink lining.
Rockstar also lists:
- woven Vice City and Leonida patches;
- a custom debossed YKK zipper pull;
- Leonida Keys-themed graphics.
4. New Era 9FORTY Snapback Hat
This is an official New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback, decorated with Vice City and Leonida embroidery, appliqués and character artwork.
5. Macca the Gator Magnetic Mirror
The Macca mirror uses electroplated pink glass and has two large magnets on the rear.
Rockstar says it can be used as a mirror, a tray or displayed as wall/art décor on a suitable magnetic surface.
6. Chunkee the Manatee Shot Glass
The glass features Chunkee the Manatee, another character from the collection's fictional Leonida branding.
A Rockstar Games logo is laser-etched into the bottom.
7. Vice City Collectible Swizzle Spoon
The metallic cocktail spoon features a debossed enamel Vice City logo and Rockstar Games branding at the opposite end.
8. Vice City Razor Blade Keychain
The keychain uses a metallic razor-blade design with embossed GTAVI and Vice City logos.
9. Leonida Keys Enamel Pin Set
The pin set contains nine individual enamel pins with Leonida and Vice City artwork, stored inside a custom metal tin.
10. Leonida Keys Sticker Pack
The collection includes nine crack-and-peel vinyl stickers packaged inside a themed stash bag.
11. Double-Sided Leonida Map Poster
The double-sided poster may be the most interesting item for players rather than merchandise collectors.
The front is designed as a Vice City/Leonida souvenir featuring characters from Macca the Gator.
Rockstar describes the reverse as offering a full view of the Leonida map.
That does not necessarily mean it is a street-level interactive-style map containing every road, shop and mission marker. It is officially presented as a souvenir poster.

Does the GTA 6 Vice City Collection Include the Game?
No.
This is the single most important thing to know before ordering it.
Rockstar explicitly states:
Grand Theft Auto VI game sold separately.
Buying the $399.99 box therefore does not give you Standard Edition, Ultimate Edition, a PS5 copy, an Xbox copy or a game download code.
Vice City Collection vs Standard vs Ultimate Edition
| Product | Includes GTA VI? | Main purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Edition | Yes | The base GTA VI game |
| Ultimate Edition | Yes | Game plus additional in-game Ultimate content |
| Vice City Collection | No | Physical merchandise and collectibles |
This separation also prevents a common misconception: the Vice City Collection is not an upgrade above Ultimate Edition.
They are different products.
How Much Does the GTA 6 Collector's Box Cost?
The Rockstar Store lists The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection at $399.99. Depending on location and storefront configuration, local currency, taxes and shipping can differ.
The item is also not eligible for free shipping, so the final checkout total can be higher than the listed product price.
When Does the Vice City Collection Release?
November 19, 2026 — the same date as GTA VI.
Rockstar's announcement says the limited Collector's Box “arrives on November 19.” Delivery timing can still depend on region and shipping service, so this wording should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every customer receives the physical package at the same local time.
Where Can You Buy It?
The collection is officially available for pre-order through the Rockstar Store.
Rockstar says availability is limited and pre-orders continue while supplies last.
The announcement also says additional regional pre-order details for Asia, Latin America and Australia will be provided separately.
Is the Vice City Collection Limited Edition?
Yes. Rockstar describes it as an exclusive, limited-edition Collector's Box.
However, Rockstar has not publicly disclosed the total production quantity.
Therefore claims such as “only 10,000 exist” or predictions about future resale value should not be presented as fact.
Is the $399.99 Vice City Collection Worth Buying?
That depends on what you actually want.
| You want... | Best fit |
|---|---|
| Only GTA VI | Standard Edition |
| GTA VI plus additional in-game content | Ultimate Edition |
| Physical GTA VI merchandise and licensed collectibles | Vice City Collection |
| A traditional Collector's Edition containing both game and collectibles | The Vice City Collection does not provide this |
The box makes the most sense for collectors who specifically value the physical products — especially the Oakley collaboration, New Era cap, Macca figure and Leonida poster.
If your goal is simply to play GTA VI, buying the Collector's Box does not replace buying the game.
Why Is It Called The Goodtime State?
The presentation is deliberately designed like tourism merchandise from inside Leonida rather than conventional GTA-branded merchandise.
Macca the Gator and the other characters are presented as part of a fictional television show within GTA VI's world, while many items look like souvenirs someone could buy during a trip to Vice City or the Leonida Keys.
That makes the collection an extension of Rockstar's world-building rather than simply a box containing a statue and steelbook.
What the Vice City Collection Does NOT Include
- GTA VI Standard Edition;
- GTA VI Ultimate Edition;
- a PS5 copy;
- an Xbox Series X|S copy;
- a physical game disc;
- a GTA VI download code;
- automatic access to Ultimate Edition in-game bonuses;
- a confirmed numbered certificate showing production quantity.
