Prepare for Battleground Blitz in Dragonflight Season 3

Battleground Blitz, a thrilling 8v8 solo-queue brawl, is debuting in Dragonflight Season 3. Blizzard's vision for BG Blitz is to provide a Solo Shuffle equivalent for Rated Battlegrounds. It will initially start as a Brawl, with plans to introduce a Rated mode in the future if it proves successful.

In BG Blitz, you have the option to queue solo or pair up with a healer as a duo. Each team is comprised of 2 healers, 5-6 DPS, and 0-1 tanks, ensuring an exciting mix of combat strategies. The map pool mirrors that of Rated Battlegrounds, adding a familiar touch to this new gaming experience.

To keep the action fast-paced, general changes have been implemented to reduce game time to approximately 10-12 minutes. New power-ups, including cooldown reduction enhancements, have been introduced on certain maps, further intensifying the battles.
