TBC Classic Raid Guides and Attunement Questlines

This category brings together practical TBC Classic Anniversary raid guides for players preparing for their next boss, raid lockout or access questline. Use these guides to understand raid requirements, complete attunements in the correct order, prepare your character and avoid losing progression time because of a missed quest, dungeon step or raid checkpoint.

Each guide focuses on actionable information: where a questline begins, which prerequisites matter, what your group must prepare, how each encounter works and which mistakes commonly cause wipes or delayed access. The goal is to help you move from one raid tier to the next with a clear progression plan rather than treating every attunement, boss and gearing step as a separate task.

What You Will Find in Our TBC Raid Guides

  • Complete raid overviews: boss lists, raid location, group size, recommended preparation and progression order.
  • Boss strategies: encounter phases, tank positioning, healer priorities, DPS assignments and dangerous mechanics.
  • Raid compositions: practical group setups, class utility, resistance requirements and role distribution.
  • Attunement questlines: step-by-step routes covering required quests, dungeons, keys, items and raid checkpoints.
  • Loot and gear planning: Tier tokens, notable drops, resistance gear, crafted items and upgrade priorities.
  • Catch-up routes: efficient progression for fresh level 70 characters, returning players and alts.

How TBC Raid Attunements Work

An attunement is usually more than a single quest. TBC raid access chains may connect faction reputation, Normal or Heroic dungeons, key items, earlier raid bosses and specific quest stages. Completing the correct content without having the required quest active can delay your progress until another weekly reset.

Our attunement guides separate every chain into a clear sequence:

  1. Check the required level, reputation and prerequisite quests.
  2. Accept the correct quest before entering the required dungeon or raid.
  3. Complete dungeon, key and boss steps in the most efficient order.
  4. Finish the required turn-ins and confirm that your access or reward is complete.
  5. Continue to the next raid tier without repeating unnecessary content.

Access requirements may change as Anniversary phases progress. Each guide distinguishes between currently required steps, optional story continuations and historical attunement requirements, so you can focus only on the objectives relevant to your realm and phase.

Black Temple and Mount Hyjal Guides

The Tier 6 section covers the full progression path into the Black Temple and the Battle for Mount Hyjal. This includes the related questlines, required raid checkpoints, raid composition planning, trash strategies, boss tactics, resistance preparation and important rewards.

Dedicated guides cover encounters such as Mother Shahraz, Archimonde and Illidan Stormrage, along with the wider preparation needed before your group enters the raid. You can also use the guides to plan Tier 6 tokens, reputation progression, consumables and weekly lockout priorities.

How to Use This Raid Guide Hub

Start with the raid or attunement that matches your current progression. Before entering the instance, confirm your quest stage, access requirements, consumables, gear and group role. Then open the relevant boss guide during progression and use the loot or gearing guide to plan your next reset.

For the complete access sequence, use our TBC Anniversary Attunement Roadmap. It connects the major dungeon and raid requirements into one progression checklist.
