World of Warcraft: Forever keeps the level cap at 60, has no level scaling or flying mounts, and adds more than 1,000 quests across the journey, so the best Horde route is no longer a straight copy of a solved Vanilla path. The strongest current plan is to use Durotar, Mulgore or Tirisfal through the opening levels, consolidate into the Barrens or Silverpine through the teens, use Stonetalon, Ashenvale and Hillsbrad through the 20s, make the Riverglades a major mid-game block around levels 35-45, and finish through familiar high-level zones plus new dungeons such as Krol'dok Stronghold, Alcaz Prison, Blackmaw Hold and Shaper's Terrace. The beta is now live with a level-20 cap for its opening phase and will later rise to 30, so levels 1-20 can be checked against playable content while the full 20-60 route still needs later-beta and live XP and travel measurements.

What is the fastest Horde leveling route in WoW Forever?
Use your racial starting zone first, move into the Barrens or Silverpine without unnecessary continent swaps, connect Stonetalon, Ashenvale and Hillsbrad through the 20s, reach the Riverglades with room to use its mid-30s to mid-40s quests, and fit new dungeons into their official level brackets only when travel and group time make them efficient.

How long will Horde 1-60 take in WoW Forever?
Blizzard has not published an official 1-60 time. A provisional planning estimate for an experienced solo player is roughly 80-130 active hours, while new, profession-focused or completion-oriented players can take substantially longer. Blizzard says the overall experience curve remains the same as the original game, but the current beta only lets players validate the early game, so a final 1-60 time still cannot be measured.

What is the best new leveling zone for Horde?
The Riverglades is the clearest new mid-level destination. Blizzard first described it as having more than 150 quests across much of the mid-30s to mid-40s journey and later described the zone as having nearly 200 quests. Shen'dralas is also promising for Horde because it lies between Mulgore and Desolace, but Blizzard has not published an exact quest bracket for it.

Which new dungeons fit the Horde route best?
Ruins of Lordaeron 15-20, City of Dalaran 28-33, The Drowned City 35-40, Krol'dok Stronghold 40-45, Alcaz Prison 48-53, Blackmaw Hold 55-60 and Shaper's Terrace 58-60 fit naturally. Hall of Thanes and Excavation Site remain available but are less convenient for a pure Horde speed route because they sit deep in Alliance territory.

Should Horde players level professions on the way to 60?
Yes. Forever adds more than 600 profession recipes and connects professions to Camping and Legacy progression, so gathering and crafting have value throughout the leveling journey rather than only at level 60.

Last updated: September 19, 2026. The WoW Forever beta is live and currently begins with a level-20 cap, which Blizzard plans to raise to 30 later in the test. The beta runs through October 21. This remains a beta-era route skeleton: the 1-20 section can be checked now, while level 20-60 routing, total-time estimates and zone efficiency still require later-beta and live quest XP, traffic and travel data.

WoW Forever Horde Leveling Route at a Glance

The route below is designed around compact Horde questing rather than zone completion. Horde traditionally benefits from strong connections between the Barrens, Stonetalon, Ashenvale and later Kalimdor hubs, while Forsaken characters can use Tirisfal, Silverpine and Hillsbrad before converging with the wider faction. Blizzard's Found Photos recap also confirms new travel links and a Steamwheedle Cartel route from Tanaris toward the Riverglades, giving Horde players another way to connect Kalimdor leveling with the new Eastern Kingdoms frontier.

The time column is an editorial planning estimate, not Blizzard data. It assumes an experienced player who minimizes empty travel, uses a useful dungeon group when one is immediately available and does not stop for extensive profession or exploration work. Blizzard says the overall experience curve remains unchanged, while dungeon monster XP has been reduced and dungeon quest XP increased to reward the first quest-loaded run rather than repeated dungeon grinding. A level-20 opening beta still cannot establish a final level-60 completion time.

Levels 1-10: Durotar, Mulgore or Tirisfal Glades

Orcs and Trolls begin in Durotar, Tauren in Mulgore, and Forsaken in Tirisfal Glades. Forever keeps those recognizable openings while adding new quests, class changes, profession hooks and other small additions inside the old zones. The efficient rule is to finish dense connected quest clusters rather than immediately traveling to whichever starting zone an old speedrun guide ranks first.

  • Orc or Troll: clear the Durotar opening and move naturally toward the Barrens. This is the cleanest transition into the main Horde 10-20 route.
  • Tauren: finish the compact Mulgore opening, then move toward the Barrens once the local quest chains stop matching your level.
  • Forsaken: use Tirisfal Glades, then decide whether to remain in the Eastern Kingdoms through Silverpine and Hillsbrad or cross to Kalimdor later.
  • Horde Skyborne: stay on Zephras Isle through the intended 1-12 experience rather than leaving early. The race has a purpose-built starter path before it joins normal Horde progression.

Forever adds enough new low-level content that a route copied directly from Classic can become inefficient by skipping nearby new quests and forcing unnecessary grinding later. Take new objectives that overlap your path, but avoid long one-off detours that do not unlock another hub, dungeon or travel point.

The verified WoW Forever class tier list compares current leveling outlook separately from raid DPS and PvP. Use it to understand class downtime and solo safety, not as a reason to reroll repeatedly during the first ten levels.

Horde Skyborne: Zephras Isle 1-12

Horde Skyborne begin on Zephras Isle instead of Durotar, Mulgore or Tirisfal. Blizzard defines the island as the race's dedicated level 1-12 experience. Horde Skyborne can be Warrior, Hunter, Rogue, Druid or Shaman; Mage is the Alliance-only fifth class for the race.

Finish the connected island route before moving into the general Horde path unless the live game reveals an obviously better handoff. The island is built to introduce Skyborne lore, racial mechanics and early gear. Your Horde or Alliance allegiance is chosen at character creation, not at the end of the island, so the leveling route should be treated as a faction-specific starting experience rather than a later faction decision.

After Zephras Isle, join the Barrens, Silverpine or another appropriate Horde hub based on your level and where your group is playing. Do not assume the same handoff will be fastest for every class until the live transition quests and travel points are timed.

Levels 10-20: Barrens, Silverpine and Ruins of Lordaeron

The Barrens is still the natural Horde leveling backbone for Orcs, Trolls and Tauren. Its size creates travel time, but its connected hubs and large quest pool make it easier to stay on one continent instead of bouncing among several zones. Forsaken have a strong alternative through Silverpine, with Ruins of Lordaeron providing a new faction-friendly dungeon in the same broad region.

For Kalimdor characters, a practical route is to use the Barrens from roughly 10 through the high teens, adding Stonetalon or Ashenvale when local quests become inefficient. For Forsaken, Tirisfal into Silverpine keeps the route compact and places Ruins of Lordaeron close to the natural leveling path.

Ruins of Lordaeron is a 15-20 Horde-focused dungeon and is especially convenient because its story and location are tied to the ruined capital above Undercity. Hall of Thanes is a 13-18 Alliance-focused dungeon beneath Ironforge, although Blizzard's presentation indicated that opposing-faction players may still find ways into these faction-themed instances. For a Horde speed route, treat Hall of Thanes as a niche detour rather than a mandatory stop.

Players who want the full 1-60 progression completed rather than planning the route themselves can use the verified WoW Forever 1-60 leveling service after launch. Before November 4 it remains a pre-order and does not imply early live access.

Best Horde Route from Level 20 to 30

Horde has several connected choices in this bracket. Kalimdor characters can rotate between Stonetalon, Ashenvale, the southern Barrens and Thousand Needles, while Forsaken can continue through Hillsbrad and nearby Eastern Kingdoms content. The important goal is to keep quest density high and avoid crossing continents for one isolated objective.

  1. 20-24: finish efficient Barrens chains, use Stonetalon or Ashenvale, or continue Silverpine and early Hillsbrad on the Forsaken side.
  2. 24-28: use Stonetalon, southern Barrens, Ashenvale, Thousand Needles or Hillsbrad depending on where your current quest clusters are strongest.
  3. 28-30: Horde characters in the Eastern Kingdoms have a natural path toward City of Dalaran in the Alterac region, while Kalimdor characters can continue Thousand Needles or Desolace before deciding when to cross.

Excavation Site: Wetlands is officially 24-29, but it is not automatically a strong Horde route choice. The dungeon sits in Alliance-heavy Wetlands, so the travel and faction risk can outweigh one run unless you already have a prepared group and several objectives. City of Dalaran is a cleaner Horde fit because Hillsbrad and Alterac are already part of common Horde mid-level travel.

The old Horde advantage in this bracket is consolidation. Community discussion around Classic repeatedly points out that Horde can stay in the Barrens and connected zones longer than Alliance can stay in one comparable route. Forever adds new quests, so that advantage may become stronger or weaker in specific brackets; the beta still needs to expose levels above 20 before the difference can be measured directly.

Where the Nine New Dungeons Fit into Horde Leveling

The new dungeons are the most reliable fixed checkpoints in a pre-launch Horde route because Blizzard has published the corrected level ranges. An official Blizzard forum clarification corrected Krol'dok Stronghold to 40-45 and listed all nine launch dungeons, replacing several incorrect brackets that circulated immediately after BlizzCon.

DungeonOfficial RangeHorde Route Use
Hall of Thanes13-18Optional detour beneath Ironforge; poor pure-speed logistics for most Horde groups
Ruins of Lordaeron15-20High priority for Forsaken and convenient for Horde Eastern Kingdoms leveling
Excavation Site: Wetlands24-29Optional Alliance-territory detour; use it when the group and objectives justify travel
City of Dalaran28-33Strong fit after Hillsbrad and into the early-30s Alterac route
The Drowned City35-40Useful with Stranglethorn or the transition toward Riverglades
Krol'dok Stronghold40-45Core Riverglades dungeon and one of the best new mid-game Horde checkpoints
Alcaz Prison48-53Good fit when using Dustwallow, Tanaris or nearby Kalimdor routes
Blackmaw Hold55-60Strong late-game stop in Azshara with later raid relevance
Shaper's Terrace58-60Final leveling and level-60 option in Un'Goro

One completion with several dungeon quests can be highly efficient, but Blizzard has explicitly reduced XP from dungeon monster kills and increased XP from dungeon quests so that the first quest-loaded run matters more than repeated grinding. Travel time, group formation and class composition will still affect the exact value of each run, but a dungeon-spam route should not be presented as the default fastest method.

Levels 30-35: Bridge Into the New Mid-Game

The early 30s are a transition bracket where Horde can use Hillsbrad, Arathi, Thousand Needles, Desolace or Stranglethorn depending on continent and available quest chains. City of Dalaran remains useful through level 33, and the main routing objective is to reach the mid-30s without committing to a long chain that delays the Riverglades window.

Eastern Kingdoms Horde can move from Hillsbrad and Alterac toward Arathi or Stranglethorn. Kalimdor characters can use Thousand Needles and Desolace, which also positions them closer to Shen'dralas once its live quest bracket becomes clear.

Do not cross continents merely to copy one universal route. A Troll already in Thousand Needles with a full quest log can level efficiently without immediately flying and boating toward Hillsbrad, while a Forsaken finishing City of Dalaran has no reason to abandon several nearby yellow quests just because another guide says Desolace starts at 30.

Levels 35-45: Make Riverglades the Main New Horde Block

The Riverglades is the biggest new route-planning change in Horde mid-game leveling. Blizzard describes it as a mid-30s to mid-40s region roughly comparable in scale to Stranglethorn Vale; the first recap said it contains more than 150 quests, while the later Found Photos recap described nearly 200. It is large enough to replace several older filler stretches without requiring one character to clear every chain.

The WoW Forever new zones guide tracks the published Riverglades range and the still-open questions around Shen'dralas and Mount Hyjal. For Horde leveling, the key is to arrive with enough room in the bracket to use the zone before its earliest chains turn low value.

  1. 35-40: begin Riverglades, or combine Stranglethorn with The Drowned City if those objectives are already convenient.
  2. 40-45: continue efficient Riverglades chains and include Krol'dok Stronghold while it remains in its corrected 40-45 bracket.
  3. Leave when the route weakens: more than 150 quests are available, but a single character does not need to complete all of them before moving on.

Horde also has a particularly useful geographic connection to the new zone through the Steamwheedle Cartel. Blizzard confirms a ship route beginning in Tanaris and pointing players toward Riverglades. If your character is already questing in Thousand Needles, Tanaris or nearby Kalimdor zones, that creates a logical mid-game transition without returning to a capital first.

Players comparing the self-play route with other progression options can use the verified WoW Forever services hub. The complete route here remains usable without purchasing a service.

Shen'dralas Could Be Especially Useful for Horde

Shen'dralas sits between Mulgore and Desolace, which makes it geographically interesting for Horde leveling. Blizzard connects the area to the Shen'dralar, Eldre'Thalas, Dire Maul and nearby centaur tribes, but Blizzard has not published a minimum and maximum quest bracket for the zone.

That means Shen'dralas should remain an optional route node until the live quest levels are visible. A Horde character moving through Desolace or Feralas may be able to fold the zone into normal travel very efficiently, while a Forsaken already deep into Riverglades would lose time crossing the world purely to sample it.

Do not repeat the common pre-release mistake of assigning Shen'dralas a precise 35-40, 40-45 or 45-50 label because it "looks right" geographically. The correct bracket must come from Blizzard or the live client, not from an inferred map position.

Levels 45-50: Feralas, Tanaris, Hinterlands and Searing Gorge

After the best Riverglades chains stop matching your level, use whichever high-40s route minimizes travel. Feralas and Tanaris are natural for Kalimdor Horde, the Hinterlands offer a strong Horde presence in the Eastern Kingdoms, and Searing Gorge can bridge characters moving through the central Eastern Kingdoms.

This bracket should remain flexible. If Shen'dralas proves efficient in the live build, it can replace part of Feralas or Desolace routing. If Riverglades keeps enough high-value chains into the mid-40s, finish those before moving. A route should react to quest density rather than obey an arbitrary zone boundary.

Alcaz Prison opens at 48 and runs through 53. Horde players using Dustwallow Marsh or moving between Tanaris and the central Kalimdor network can make the dungeon fit naturally. If the party takes longer to assemble than the run saves in outdoor questing time, skip it and return when dungeon quests or gear goals justify the trip.

Levels 50-60: Finish Through High-Level Zones and Late Dungeons

The final ten levels should combine high-level quest hubs with the last three new dungeons. Un'Goro, Felwood, Western Plaguelands, Eastern Plaguelands, Winterspring, Silithus, Burning Steppes and Azshara all provide options. Forever also adds and revises quests throughout old Azeroth, so live quest density will matter more than an original Classic ranking of the zones.

LevelPrimary Horde Route OptionsDungeon / Forever Priority
50-53Un'Goro, Felwood, Western Plaguelands, remaining Hinterlands or Tanaris chainsAlcaz Prison while still in its 48-53 bracket
53-55Felwood, Un'Goro, Western Plaguelands, Burning SteppesPrepare travel and dungeon quests for the 55-60 window
55-58Eastern Plaguelands, Winterspring, Azshara, Burning SteppesBlackmaw Hold 55-60
58-60Eastern Plaguelands, Winterspring, Silithus and remaining high-level chainsShaper's Terrace 58-60; Blackmaw Hold remains relevant
60Mount Hyjal and endgame preparationMove from leveling into level-60 dungeons, reputations, professions and December raid preparation

Blackmaw Hold is particularly relevant to the late route because it sits in Azshara and its tunnels are presented as leading toward the Barrow Deeps raid story; Blizzard has not announced that completing the dungeon is a mandatory raid attunement. Shaper's Terrace gives another fresh option at 58-60 in Un'Goro. Mount Hyjal is positioned close to level 60 in developer discussion, but Blizzard has not published an exact leveling bracket, so do not hard-code it into a 55-60 route yet.

Professions While Leveling: Use Horde Travel to Gather Efficiently

Professions are more integrated into Forever leveling than in a route that treats them as a level-60 chore. Blizzard's Forever Deep Dive confirms more than 600 new recipes across profession and level ranges, profession-based campsite objects, updated crafted food and Legacy perks that can improve gathering efficiency.

The efficient Horde rule is to gather along the long routes you already travel, especially in the Barrens, Stonetalon, Thousand Needles, Tanaris and Riverglades transitions. Going several minutes out of the way for one node is usually worse than gathering everything along a quest loop.

  • Mining, Herbalism or Skinning: naturally convert travel and kills into materials without requiring a separate farming session.
  • Crafting professions: keep useful recipes current when they improve gear, consumables or Camping utility, but avoid repeated capital-city returns for tiny gains.
  • Cooking: ties directly into the Basic Campfire system and updated food bonuses.
  • Group professions: coordinate with friends so several players contribute different campsite utilities instead of duplicating the same one.

The first profession campsite objects unlock at skill 20 according to Blizzard's current design. That is early enough to matter during normal leveling, so a player who waits until 60 gives up both materials gathered along the route and the early Camping value.

How Camping Fits the Horde Route

Camping is most valuable before a long quest loop, dungeon run or difficult travel segment. A Basic Campfire can become a shared campsite with profession-contributed objects, buffs, vendors, repairs or crafting workspaces depending on what players add.

Do not stop at every camp you see. In enormous zones such as the Barrens, the time spent sitting can be worthwhile before a long chain, but repeatedly interrupting a short circuit wastes more time than the buff returns. Use the system at natural breaks: after training, before a dungeon, or before a long outdoor sequence.

Camping also rewards the social density of Horde leveling. The Barrens, Riverglades and other shared routes can put many players on the same road, making it more likely that a useful camp already exists. Inspect the available features before placing your own contribution.

How Legacy Perks Change Horde Alt Leveling

Your first Horde character should not be routed as if every Legacy perk is already unlocked. Legacy Points are shared across alts, but each character spends them independently, and Blizzard caps spending at 16 points per character at launch while the account can initially earn up to 65.

The Adventure tree includes Well Rested, which increases rested experience gains and the rested XP cap. The Professions tree includes Bountiful Harvest, which improves materials gained from gathering. Those perks can make a later Orc, Troll, Tauren, Forsaken or Skyborne alt meaningfully different from the first Horde run.

The verified WoW Forever Legacy System guide covers the beta-confirmed trees and perk structure. For leveling, the important point is that your second route can take advantage of account progress without turning every alt into an identical build.

How Long Does Horde Leveling 1-60 Take?

No final live number exists yet. The beta is now live with a level-20 cap in its opening phase and Blizzard plans to raise that cap to 30 later, so a full Horde 1-60 time still cannot be measured honestly in September.

A reasonable pre-launch planning range for an experienced solo player is roughly 80-130 active hours. New players, lore readers, profession-focused characters and completionists can take 130-200 hours or more. These are editorial estimates, not official Blizzard figures. Blizzard says the total experience curve remains the same as the original game, but new quests, class changes, travel links, dungeon quest weighting and player behavior can still change the real completion time.

The opening beta can show how the early game feels, but it is not enough to project a final 1-60 record. Server load, spawn tuning, new quest density, revised class power and the much larger rewards attached to dungeon quests can all distort early comparisons. Treat any level-10 or level-20 speed result as a beta snapshot rather than a full-route benchmark.

The estimate should be replaced after launch with measured class-specific routes. Hunter and Warlock downtime can differ significantly from Warrior or Rogue, while world PvP, gathering, dungeon groups and the long travel legs of Horde Kalimdor can all move the total.

Best Horde Classes for Faster Leveling

Class choice affects kill speed, downtime, travel and death risk, but the beta still does not provide a complete level-60 speed dataset. Use broad strengths instead of pretending one class already owns a final world-record route.

  • Hunter: pet tanking, ranged pulls and movement utility make it one of the strongest candidates for consistent solo speed.
  • Warlock: demons, damage over time, drains and Life Tap can keep kill chains moving with limited downtime. Troll Warlock is also a new Forever combination.
  • Shaman: healing, weapon flexibility and Ghost Wolf-style mobility remain valuable during Horde travel. Skyborne adds another Horde Shaman race.
  • Druid: forms, healing, stealth and flexible combat roles reduce recovery and travel friction.
  • Mage: self-made food and water, control and ranged damage remain useful for efficient grinding and group play. Orc Mage is a new Forever combination.
  • Undead Paladin: new to Forever and potentially very safe because of armor, healing and defensive tools, but a full-route speed comparison requires live testing.

Choose a class for the long-term character rather than a speculative ten-hour leveling advantage. Forever is a permanent level-60 game, so raid, PvP and class enjoyment matter far longer than the first route through the Barrens.

Gold, Training and Riding While Leveling

Travel efficiency depends on keeping enough gold for training, professions and riding rather than buying every small gear upgrade. The Deep Dive says Forever uses a Burning Crusade-style mount-cost approach: more of the expense is shifted into riding training and the mount itself is granted when the skill is learned.

Blizzard has not published every final riding price in the sources used for this route, so this guide does not invent an exact gold target. Vendor junk regularly, compare profession materials before selling them cheaply, and avoid draining your wallet on temporary upgrades that a quest or dungeon can replace within a level.

The verified WoW Forever Gold service is currently a pre-order. Live delivery and real launch prices only become meaningful after November 4, so shop availability is not evidence for a pre-launch gold-per-hour calculation.

Horde Leveling Mistakes to Avoid

The biggest Horde time losses are usually unnecessary travel and staying too long in one famous leveling zone. The Barrens is efficient because it is connected, not because every quest inside it must be finished before you are allowed to leave.

  • Do not clear the entire Barrens automatically. Move into Stonetalon, Ashenvale or another hub when the remaining objectives become spread out or low value.
  • Do not force Hall of Thanes into every Horde route. It is new content, but traveling beneath Ironforge can be poor speedrun logic.
  • Do not cross to Wetlands only because Excavation Site exists. Combine the trip with several objectives or skip it during a pure leveling push.
  • Do not ignore Ruins of Lordaeron if you are already leveling Forsaken-side. Its location makes it one of the easiest new Horde dungeons to integrate.
  • Do not stay in Riverglades only because it has 150-plus quests. Leave when the current chains stop matching your level and route.
  • Do not assign Shen'dralas a fake level range. Wait for the live quest bracket before treating it as a mandatory speed zone.
  • Do not build the route around dungeon spam. Blizzard has reduced dungeon mob XP and increased dungeon quest XP, so a quest-loaded first run is intentionally more valuable than repeating the same instance over and over.
  • Do not postpone every profession until 60. Forever gives professions leveling, Camping and Legacy value.
  • Do not spend all early gold on minor upgrades. Preserve flexibility for training, crafting and riding.

The best route is adaptive. If a zone is overcrowded, a dungeon group forms instantly, or a new quest chain has better density than expected, change the plan rather than protecting a pre-launch spreadsheet.

WoW Forever Horde Leveling FAQ

These answers cover the main searches around Horde 1-60 routing, Barrens leveling, Riverglades, dungeon timing, professions, total hours and the limits of current beta data.

What is the best WoW Forever Horde leveling route?
Start in Durotar, Mulgore or Tirisfal, move into the Barrens or Silverpine through the teens, use Stonetalon, Ashenvale, Hillsbrad or Thousand Needles through the 20s, make Riverglades a major 35-45 block, then finish through high-level zones plus Alcaz Prison, Blackmaw Hold and Shaper's Terrace.

Should Horde stay in the Barrens until level 20?
You can spend much of the 10-20 bracket there, but do not force every quest. Use Stonetalon or Ashenvale when Barrens objectives become too spread out, and Forsaken can remain in Silverpine instead.

What is the best early new Horde dungeon?
Ruins of Lordaeron at 15-20 has the cleanest faction logistics, especially for Forsaken. Hall of Thanes is also available at 13-18 but is much less convenient for Horde travel.

What level is Krol'dok Stronghold?
40-45. Blizzard corrected an earlier incorrect range after BlizzCon, so guides listing it as 40-55 are outdated.

Should Horde level in Riverglades?
Yes. Blizzard places it across much of the mid-30s to mid-40s experience, first describing more than 150 quests and later nearly 200, while the Tanaris Steamwheedle route gives Kalimdor characters a useful connection toward the zone.

How many hours does Horde 1-60 take?
No final live number exists. This guide uses a provisional 80-130 active-hour estimate for an experienced solo player, with new or completion-focused players potentially taking much longer.

Does Legacy make Horde alts faster?
Potentially. Shared Legacy Points and perks such as Well Rested can improve repeat leveling, while each character still chooses its own allocation under the launch spending cap.

Conclusion

The best WoW Forever Horde leveling route uses Horde's compact early hubs without becoming trapped by old Classic habits. Start in the appropriate racial zone, use the Barrens or Silverpine through the teens, connect Stonetalon, Ashenvale, Hillsbrad and Thousand Needles through the 20s, reach Riverglades with enough room to use its mid-30s to mid-40s content, and finish through flexible high-level zones plus Alcaz Prison, Blackmaw Hold and Shaper's Terrace. Ruins of Lordaeron, City of Dalaran and Krol'dok Stronghold are particularly natural new dungeon checkpoints for Horde.

This version should be treated as the beta route skeleton. Levels 1-20 can already be checked against playable content, and the beta is scheduled to raise the cap to 30 before it ends on October 21. The complete route above that cap still needs live measurements for quest XP, travel, crowding and dungeon efficiency. After the November 4 global launch, the route should be rebuilt from actual Horde completion times by class and then updated during the first ten days as Riverglades, Shen'dralas, dungeon traffic and the launch economy settle.
