World of Warcraft: Forever introduces nine new dungeons alongside familiar Classic instances. The new locations range from Hall of Thanes beneath Ironforge to Shaper's Terrace in Un'Goro Crater. Our guides cover both the new content and returning dungeons, with practical information for preparing your group and completing each run.
Blizzard's dungeon overview published on October 20 confirms the following level ranges and locations. These are intended dungeon brackets, not minimum entry levels or guarantees that every character within the range can complete an instance without suitable gear and a prepared group.

The nine new locations are only part of Forever's dungeon progression. Returning Classic dungeons remain important for completing quests, upgrading equipment, obtaining class-related items, and gaining experience along the leveling route.
Dungeon selection should account for travel time, faction access, available quests, and character level. A shorter dungeon with several prepared quests may be more productive than traveling across Azeroth for a single boss kill.
Preparing quests before entering a dungeon is especially useful in WoW Forever. Some objectives begin in nearby zones, faction capitals, or class questlines. Others require an earlier quest step or begin inside the dungeon itself.

City of Dalaran is a good example of why access preparation matters. The Alliance begins its access chain with An Alarming Request in Southshore, while the Horde starts with Key to the City and Prison Break-In in Tarren Mill. The dungeon is reached through the sewers after the relevant progression.
Dungeon leveling works best when your group combines appropriate dungeon difficulty with meaningful quest progress. The nine new instances are distributed throughout the level 13–60 range rather than forming one continuous dungeon-only route.
For regular five-player runs, start with a balanced group of one tank, one healer, and three damage dealers. Bring appropriate food, water, ammunition or class reagents where needed, and make sure every player knows which objectives must be completed during the run.
Before entering a dungeon:
Blizzard made several dungeon experience adjustments during beta testing. Older XP values and speed-leveling comparisons may no longer be accurate. For faction-specific outdoor progression between dungeon runs, use our Horde Leveling Guide or Alliance Leveling Guide.
Dungeon rewards in Forever include weapons, armor, quest rewards, and other progression items. Returning dungeons may have changed item stats, set bonuses, or quest rewards compared with original Classic, so older loot tables should not automatically be treated as accurate.
Our individual dungeon guides focus on known encounters, mechanics, and loot sources. When an upcoming dungeon has no confirmed boss or item data, the guide identifies those details as unverified rather than presenting speculative loot tables.
