WoW Midnight Season 2 Mythic+ guides in this hub cover the complete active dungeon pool: routes, boss mechanics, dangerous trash, enemy-forces requirements, interrupts, dispels, role responsibilities and the progression systems attached to Mythic Keystone dungeons.
Season 2 quick start: the active pool contains eight dungeons — five from Midnight and three returning instances. If you already know which key you are running, open its dungeon guide below. If you are planning your wider season, start with the Season 2 Mythic+ rotation guide.
For gearing, +10 remains the main standard reward breakpoint: end-of-run gear reaches item level 311, the Great Vault reaches item level 318 on the Myth track, and timing a dungeon at +10 or higher unlocks its Keystone Hero portal.

Mythic+ Routes, Enemy Forces and Pull Planning
A useful Mythic+ route does more than reach 100% enemy forces. It should fit the group's interrupt coverage, defensive cooldowns, damage profile and experience level.
Our individual dungeon guides prioritize repeatable routes that can be communicated in a normal group. Where exact pulls are affected by live tuning or Mythic Dungeon Tools updates, the guide separates stable dungeon mechanics from route details that may change.
Before starting a key, check four things: the planned boss order, important enemy-forces checkpoints, which casts require an interrupt or stop, and which pull is expected to receive major offensive or defensive cooldowns.
Season 2 Mythic+ Affix Breakpoints
| Key Level | Season 2 Change | What It Means |
|---|
| +2 to +5 | Lindormi's Guidance | Highlighted enemies form a complete forces route, are weakened, and player deaths do not reduce the timer. |
| +5 | Xal'atath's Bargain | A rotating seasonal Bargain adds an additional mechanic. |
| +6 | Guidance ends | Tanks can optionally keep route highlighting through Lindormi's Glow. |
| +7 | Fortified or Tyrannical | One of the two major difficulty modifiers becomes active. |
| +10 | Fortified + Tyrannical | Both are active; +10 is also the main loot, Vault and portal breakpoint. |
| +12 | Xal'atath's Guile | The rotating Bargain is replaced and deaths remove 15 seconds from the timer. |
Loot, Great Vault and Dungeon Portals
Different key levels solve different progression goals. You do not need to push the highest key possible when your objective is simply gear or weekly Vault progress.
Season 2 LootCompare end-of-run item levels, Mistcrests and Great Vault rewards from Mythic 0 through high keys.

Keystone Master, Legend and Myth
Season 2 has several rating milestones with different goals. Keystone Master is earned at 2,000 Mythic+ Rating, Keystone Legend at 3,000, and Patch 12.1.5 adds Midnight Keystone Myth: Season 2 at 3,600 rating.
Patch 12.1.5 arrives October 13 in North America and October 14 in Europe. Keystone Myth is a mid-season high-key target; it does not replace the lower KSM, KSL or dungeon-specific portal goals.
What Each Role Should Learn Before a Key
Tanks
Tanks control pull size, route flow, enemy positioning and defensive timing. Learn the forces checkpoints and the dangerous caster combinations before attempting an aggressive route.
Healers
Know which damage is unavoidable, which debuffs can be dispelled and where major group-damage overlaps happen. Higher keys increasingly depend on players using personal defensives rather than expecting every mistake to be healed through.
Damage Dealers
Damage is only part of the job. Priority targeting, interrupts, stops, dispels and personal defensives frequently save more time than a small increase in raw DPS.
Where Should You Start?
If you are new to the current pool, first read the Season 2 rotation guide, then open the individual guide for the dungeon in your key. For weekly character progression, use the loot and Great Vault table to choose the key level that matches the reward you actually need.
Players learning the system should use lower keys to understand routes, interrupts and bosses before treating +10 or higher as the default. Players already comfortable with the pool can focus on missing portal runs, weak dungeon scores and high-key progression.
